"Upon first evaluation sales person did not go into attic to evaluate however did look into attic area.  I had several <br /> questions and he did answer most of them, Estimate for service came within 2 days as to the cost of service and was given 2 choices for amount of insulation to be installed. Later additional questions were answered to my satisfaction. Busy <br /> time of year for this type of service only waited about one month from original call for service to be done. Technicians were very professional and again answered all questions and made additional checks in attic to verify I had enough baffles and checked my concerns around fireplace and skylights. Technicians placed plastic on floors and furniture and cleaned up before <br /> leaving. Installation only took about 2 hours.  Technicians scheduled to be here around 10 or 11 am arrived at 11:30, would have appreciated a call to confirm arrival time. Overall very satisfied with service. <br />"

"Everything went perfectly. It took only 2 days to schedule and about 2 hours to install. We replaced and old water softener that was on its last legs. The plumber, Joe, was well trained and did an excellent job. He walked me through the clock and other settings. He left the work area probably cleaner than it was before he arrived. We live in an older house and have used Howald for our plumbing and HVAC needs for many years and are very pleased with their service."

"5 month review. Product price/performance 5 stars. HUGE improvement over the old windows & doors. Very little solar gain in the summer or cold drafts in the winter. What was a 10+ degree difference between hot & cold spots in the house is now well less than half that. Utility costs are down as well. Love the frosted bath windows and blinds in the sliders. Service 4 stars. Install was on time, efficient and the team easy to work with. 4 stars due to an order mix up, which though they responded quickly still required a scheduling a second install session. While the outside caulking wasn’t the neatest, I’ve no complaints as they ensured no drafts."

"The install went smoothly. They made great progress each day. The installers never seemed to stop moving during the times we were home. They worked with us and adjusted schedules to allow us to replace flooring while the unit was out. They fixed several unrelated issues from the prior homeowner's botched installation and really appeared to go above and beyond. Added a smart thermostat we had purchased to new system and came back out the next day to address some issues with that. Everything was functioning great in the end. The only real comment or time I lifted a finger during the whole process was after the fact while checking out the install in the attic I noticed some of the insulation had not been re settled around some of the new required holes. I have a feeling they would have came back and fixed immediately, but in a few minutes I had put it all back myself. Looking forward to a much more comfortable winter."

He takes no short cuts although I am sure he could have. He is one of those few people in this world that is very self-conscious about his work. "<p>I paid very little as I worked through the gas company. The gas company decided that my house needed insulation. They warned me that it would make the house filthy. I have still not finished cleaning the whole house after the insulation. Every room had to be repainted afterwards because of the job. If I was going to hire somebody I would research first on what they would be doing. It was good money-wise, but I feel I should have rather done things on my own. I wasn't well informed on what they were going to do. They tried to clean up after themselves, but made a lot of mess. It seemed like it took forever for them to finish. I just didn't know what was supposed to happen. I don't know if they did all the upstairs right either. My handyman thinks they did not do the east and west walls on the upstairs. He also did not like the way they finished off the access panels.</p>"

"Marshall Mechanical did a fantastic job on a total hvac replacement. Will performed an in depth inspection on the hvac system of a home I was purchasing which subsequently gave me negotiating leverage for money towards a new system. Mark came out and quoted several options and gave honest recommendations of what would best fit our needs. After closing they performed extensive work and replaced the gas furnace, installed a heat pump (dual fuel system), added zoning for different floors, new thermostats, and added 5 new ducts and 1 cold air return. Eric and Patrick spent two full days on the extensive install. The project manager, owner, and a couple other employees also came by at different times to contribute. Every interaction I had with Marshall Mechanical employees was extremely positive. Everyone working on my install was kind and courteous, and I’m incredibly happy with the work performed. A large scale project like this was not cheap, but I think their pricing was fair and well worth it."
