"I didn't do any price comparison. I got to tell you, when they installed my furnace, it was really kind of funny because it was a Friday and they were here until pretty late, and after they left, it all quit. So I called them, and they said we'll send somebody out, and then in a few minutes, it started working again, so I called them back and said since it's the weekend coming up and I don't need either heat or A/C, that Monday was fine. On Monday they came out and the problem there was a little something that was filling up with water and once it was full, it turned everything off. They said they had to order a new part, so if it quits working again, just give it a kick. I did, and it brought it back on. They were very responsive. I just thought it was funny as I'll get out. To give it a kick was just funny. Well I have the air conditioning and heat all hooked together there, and so it was the water from the air conditioning that was going into something that wasn't quite the right size. I really like them so do not mark them down because of that! I always feel that the things tell about somebody is if there's a problem how well they go about fixing it."

"I called P.H. Tuesday evening and left a message. Wednesday morning they returned the call and said a tech could be here Thursday morning. He arrived within the 2 hour window. Jason was very friendly, courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem but did not have the needed part for repair so it would be ordered. The office staff called back on Friday to say the part was in and the tech could install it Monday morning. Gary arrived right on time. He too was friendly, courteous and professional. He installed the fan motor, tested it and was on his way in less than an hour. Work area was clean as it was before he started."

"Daniel and his co-worker showed up at 8:30 am sharp.  They both worked from their early morning arrival until 8 each night, for 3 days in a row.  The 3000 square foot rambler (which they called a "big monster") was quite an undertaking.  The attic crawlspace had been home to rodents for many years prior to our purchasing the house.  My occassional climb/crawls into the space revealed that the job was waaay to large for me to deal with.  After 3 estimates, I decided to go with SOS (one estimate from a big name company was almost 2x as much).  Daniel and his co-worker did an outstanding job, and were extremely proud they tackled such a beast.  They identified areas where rodents may be likely to enter, installed a bath fan vent to the roof and fixed heat vents that were disconnected, allowing warm air to freely flow too our back rooms. The rodent smell in our house is gone, and I'm sure we'll see a significant decrease in our heating bills!
