"Brian and his crew did a great job servicing the 2 A/C units and swamp cooler. He is very thorough. During the service of one of the A/C units he discovered the fan motor was over amping. He removed and replaced the fan unit all under warranty. The poor air flow problem in two of the rooms was somewhat of a mystery. After all other avenues were exhausted an access hole had to be cut into the ceiling (no attic access is available) to expose the ducting. It turns out that a piece of the insulation in the sheet metal duct work had been poorly installed when the house was built (not Brian) and had fallen away blocking the ducting to the rooms with the poor air flow. Mystery solved. Brain left no stone unturned in the resolution of this problem. The attic where the ducting is located is extremely small and it was very hot but Brian did not let the conditions deter him from doing an outstanding job. Brian is the only one I will call for any A/C work!"

"  We have tried to repair a couple of time to save the replacement cost but this was the choice. We had a little trouble of a few days till I heard from Chris, being the temps were high at that time and he was pretty busy. When we did connect and see a quick fix again would not work. then we discussed what the cost was for a new 3 1/2 ton unit. The price was reasonable when first we talked and agreed on, till Chris called back and said he could give a $500.00 discount special they were running which was like winning the lottery. He was able to come out a couple of days later and installed it.
     He's honest ,and efficient and I may never need to use him again, but do call him for your a/c needs. You won't be sorry.
