"Let me start by saying we originally got a quote from TTHI Inc. in August 2017 to remodel a guest bath in our home. We were retiring and moving into the house on 10/1/17. Our intention was to sign the contract with them when we moved in. Then Irma hit in September. Our neighbors pool screen was torn off and landed on our roof during a confirmed tornado. It punctured our roof over the master bath and the lanai. Water intrusion took down the ceiling in both areas and soaked the master bedroom carpet. Still being in Maryland at the time, I called and asked if they could do the repairs ASAP and I would come down and meet with them and sign the contract for the remodel that we knew wasn't going to start until the end of November. They told me they typically don't do emergency work but agreed to do this for us. We met when I flew in to meet the insurance adjuster for our claim. They gave me a quote and agreed to be here the week we moved in to start the repairs. They had a demo crew in to remove any leftover drywall and insulation and take up the remaining carpet. They were back the next day to install the insulation, followed by new drywall, texturing, painting, and carpet installation. Everything came out perfect. You would never know there was any damage. Next up was the bathroom. Part of that project was to remove a window and cut out the block to install a new hurricane proof door. Our pool project had started and we wanted to have the door installed before the sidewalk to the door was put in so it would be lined up perfectly with the door. I asked if they could possibly install the door ahead of the rest of the project. No problem. They had it done well in advance of the sidewalk going in and you would never know it wasn't part of the original house The remainder of the project started sooner than anticipated. We were actually going on vacation the week it started. We set them up with keys and they started while we were gone. This project included the door, new floor tile, removal of bathtub and installation of a walk in shower with all new tile, bath fixtures, corner seat and frameless glass door. The work was completed last week and it looks amazing. We are completely satisfied with this project. Todd's crew were extremely professional. They did excellent work and left all interior and exterior work areas completely cleaned up at the end of each day. (This in stark contrast to the pool builder's employees who left a mess every day!) Todd was also on site himself numerous times during the project. I would also like to commend Todd's staff, Poject Adninistrator Patty and Estimator Jeremy. They were both a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend TTHI Inc. for any home improvement projects you may have. We will definitely use them for any future projects we do."

"Matt and his crew did an amazing job in the renovation of my bathroom, the renovation included the following, <br /> Rip out vanity, mirrors, Toilet, medicine chest, shower enclosure, all floor and shower tiles. After every phase of tear down the job site was left clean and all debris removed. Floors leading to the bathroom were all covered with drop cloths. Matt recommended a cabinet supplier and Granite source. Matt co-ordinated all his subcontractors and they all showed when required. The installation included; <br /> Convert a single sink to a dual sink, reroute plumbing from front wall to rear wall for easy access(by shower door) <br /> Install Double sink wood vanity, center cabinet and mirrors on each side, cabinet over new energy efficient toilet,new light fixtures and exhaust fan. <br /> Relocate new medicine cabinet(recessed), new floor & shower tile throughout entire room including tile floor moulding <br /> Granite countertops & backsplash. Replace and widen entry door to bathroom, modify existing linen closet opening. <br /> Frameless glass shower enclosure installed on top of new Granite ledges. All new shower fixtures including a hand held shower and grab bar. Painting throughout entire room. <br /> Any detail no matter how small was handled by either Matt or one of his subs expeditiously and problem resolved. <br /> I would recommend Matt for all your renovation needs. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"AAA+ on knowledge, timeliness, integrity It started with our thermostat turning off around 5 p.m. We called the company but they had already just closed. We left a message and within minutes, Nicole called back. We described the problem and she recommended that we clear the drain valve and reset a switch. Unfortunately, we were not able to figure out what she was describing. She offered to send a technician out that night and within an hour Thomas, the repairman, arrived. He cleared the line, reset the switch and the repair job was completed. The service call cost was extremely reasonable - $90, considering that he spent more than two hours on an after-hours call. Our A/C is more than 16 years old and well past the time for an upgrade. At OUR request, Thomas spent additional time going over the features and benefits of new systems and helping us select for a new install. Of course, having done this, the company waived our service call fee! Less than a week later, the install team – Trip and Brandon - arrived to install the new system. Courteous, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, hard working……. There simply are not enough adjectives to describe how diligently they worked and how impressed we were with them both. This company was not a name we recognized – having lived in this area for the last 25 years. Nonetheless, based on their professionalism and courtesy from the moment of the first phone handled by Nicole, then the initial service provided by Thomas and topped off by the install performed by Trip and Brandon, we are certain that we selected the best company to win our business. "Mother Nature wasn't cooperating, forcing a few delays in scheduling. When the schedule was established, RenewPro stuck to it. The materials were delivered a few days prior to commencement, and on the day of commencement the crew showed up on time. They immediately began working, and they continued working until approximately 7PM -- they arrived at approximately 8AM. After inspection, the crew returned to install the tiles, and that, too, went without a hitch. Again, the crew arrived on time, and again they continued working unitl almost 8PM. There was absolutely no debris remaining, and all materials were removed, including the trailer, the day after they finished."

"It went very smoothly.  Dittmer handled all permits and the FPL Rebate. Their quote came in under a comperable Carrier system.   Dittmer was 1 of only 2 companies that including replacing all copper lines as part of the installation.  The other companies just quoted flushing the lines.  This eliminated 4 other quotes that I received.  I was out of town while the work was done.  Everything was fines when I returned. <br />"
