I called Mike and explained what I was told by the other company and he said that did not make sense. He said that if we did need those repairs they would charge half of what I was quoted. However he could have his brother Steve one of the owners come out and see if we could benefit from a new system At the same time he could see if we really needed repairs. "The installers arrived promptly as scheduled with all necessary materials and equipment. They were professional, courteous and friendly, and were careful to clean up before leaving. Because of the cramped quarters in our boiler room, they had to remove part of one wall for the installation but they were careful to notify us of this beforehand to get our OK, and to perform the removal in a way that made the repair easy. Also, since it was a two day job, they were careful to install the water heater first so that we could have hot water in the evening before the second day.
