"A technician arrived at the appointed time and easily diagnosed the problem. I had purchased the unit and had it installed 6 years prior by another company but I couldn't recall if it was still under warranty. The tech did some research and found out it was under warranty and rather than charging me for more than $49 service call, suggested I call the original installing company, since that might save me money with labor, stating he would gladly do the repair if that was my preference. I did decide to call the installer, and that was the right decision since it was a problem with a part they had already replaced for me, they had had the same problem with other units from the manufacturer. I am confident my house will be cool this summer, that's all that counts, right? Even though Huft didn't do my repair, they showed professionalism with helping me come up with the right solution and help me safe money in the process."

"The provider showed up on time as promised. After about 40 minutes the service guy was wrapping up and had to ask him to redo some sections that were clearly not clean. Also missed stairs completely. They did finish it up and final job was fine. Had some trouble communicating with service guy as his English was limited. Wasn't terrible but wouldn't use again.

"It was a while since we got our suspensions about the monthly utilities bills and we search for a company that can help us with this task. Charlie from landmark spoke to us over the phone and he wanted to get from us the most information about what are we trying to get and what is the current problem. We scheduled a meeting with him and he came over and went over the monthly utilities bills. Than he checked the house and looked around to see if there is something that caught his attention as a problem that can be fixed. After that, he scheduled with us a day for the inspection and he explained to us how they work and how is the inspection should be. After his inspection that was made by his team of workers, he came back and provided us with the report and the results of the inspection. He went with us line by line and explained us the recommendations that we take care of. We are happy with this kind of service and we did hire them to fix the issues that they find and we most likely will hire them to install solar system at the house.
