"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."

"The provider showed up on time as promised. After about 40 minutes the service guy was wrapping up and had to ask him to redo some sections that were clearly not clean. Also missed stairs completely. They did finish it up and final job was fine. Had some trouble communicating with service guy as his English was limited. Wasn't terrible but wouldn't use again.

We scheduled a meeting with him and he came over and went over the monthly utilities bills. Than he checked the house and looked around to see if there is something that caught his attention as a problem that can be fixed. After that, he scheduled with us a day for the inspection and he explained to us how they work and how is the inspection should be. After his inspection that was made by his team of workers, he came back and provided us with the report and the results of the inspection. He went with us line by line and explained us the recommendations that we take care of. We are happy with this kind of service and we did hire them to fix the issues that they find and we most likely will hire them to install solar system at the house.

"A pleasant experience from start to finish. The quoting process was a good two-way discussion, and cordial - no pushy salesman telling you how bad Company X or Y was. Just honest, factual, and straightforward. They quoted us a system with the panels, racking, and inverter which we wanted, not what they were pushing.
