"I cannot ask for better service. After about 17 years of service, my well pump failed around 10:45 AM. I called DB Plumbing at 11:00 AM and had two DB trucks on site by 11:45 AM. Tommy and Shane spent time troubleshooting the issue and did confirm the pump had failed. Tommy explained the cost of two service levels: 1) to expect the pump only, about $850; 2) to replace the pump, $3,871. I obviously chose to replace the pump. The cost was based on the depth of the well. Mine is 200 feet. The deeper the well, the higher the costs due to pump size and materials. I should add the everything pulled out of the well was replaced with new materials: the pump, electrical wire, the water pipe, etc."

The job required placing temporary supports under the structures, pouring new concrete footers that came above the dirt line, and installing new wooden posts. In addition, I encountered unresolved permit issues from the previous homeowner. These issues were unrelated to Sam, but the county refused to issue a permit and this delayed the work. The Plumber (Chris) did a great job assessing the problem with the leaky faucet and indicated that given the age of the faucet (41 years), he could attempt to repair it but wouldn't guaranty how it would last and recommended that I replace it. I agreed with his advice especially considering the price comparison of repair vs. replace - the price was reasonable. The quality of the work top notch, on time, and as promised.
