"Service guy very professional ... explained problem with AC .. would use this company again."

"I have been impressed with Subcomm Pools since our first contact. After days of research trying to find a company that could help us with a potential leak, I decided to contact Subcomm Pools. What really distinguished them from all the other companies was their willingness to put their weekly service package prices on their website. As a fairly new pool owner, I had quickly noticed that most companies instead advertise that customers need to call for a quote or estimates. Even though I wasn?t currently looking to purchase routine services, I appreciated this direct and transparent approach.
After I called and explained our problem to the Service Manager, Hristo, he gave me step-by-step instructions to follow so that I could narrow down the source of the leak myself without having to pay to send out a technician to do it. This really ended up saving us money because as it turned out, we did not have a leak.
As a result of the positive, professional and courteous experience I had with Subcomm Pools up to this point, I decided to purchase their bi-weekly pool services. The teams they have sent out to service our pool have been no less impressive. They are all very competent, courteous, and always willing to answer any questions I have.
I highly recommend Subcomm Pools?they truly demonstrate that they value great customer service.

My pool needed pretty much a rework of all the filtering and pump equipment due to age.

Contacted several companies for quotes.  BJ's was in the middle ground pricewise, but 2 of the companies were also sky high on their estimates.

These guys removed all the old equipment, put in a new concrete pad, & installed all new equipment.

They started on schedule and finished when they said they would.

Bill from BJ's did a great job and is very professional as is everyone else there at BJs.

Bob (the owner of BJs) even found me a replacement for my outdated fiber optic light which had not worked in years and had been discontinued by the manufacturers for years as well. Talk about finding a needle in a haystack!

Thanks to all at BJs for the great job!

"I love Perfect Pool Service! I always feel like I am your number one customer. You get an A in communication. Thanks! See you in the Spring."

"The work was completed without any issues. The installer was very professional, punctual and proficient. We discovered a problem with the water heater while he was working and he returned a few days later and installed a new water heater for us ( cost approximately $950.00)

"Very well. Pool cover cleaned of all debris and standing water and water levels adjusted as needed. Chemicals added."

"I interviewed several vendors and selected Backyard Ponds, checking their prior experience referrals. The consultations were performed in a professional manner and the designers were very knowledgeable, suggesting better, cost-effective alternatives than I had originally envisioned to provide a more healthy and predator-safe pond than the previous one I had designed. I have since used Backyard Ponds for cleaning and they are very responsive with advice when I have had water or fish problems."

"The Choice warranty Co is a lifesaver, great fast and reliable service, we had a water heater and a washing machine malfunction in a two month interval and we were approved for repairs in both instances within 36 hours and scheduled for repairs within one day later"

"After I purchased their deal they set an appointment with me. I had my son take the day off from work to be present for the appointment, but they never showed. Later found out they left a message on one of my phones stating I was out of the service area. Just wish that was caught sooner."

"They have always fixed the problems that we've had. Frustrations? Delays? At times. We live in a flawed world. But overall, service has been professional and well done. It has always been worth the monthly fee and deductibles. If you consider that most appliances today only last five years or so, breakdowns are going to be a given. Our most recent repair will require at least two service calls and an $1800 part. That more than pays for our entire year's fees."
