"I am compelled to share my dreadful experience with King Mechanical, and I must say that I am thoroughly disappointed with the abysmal service I've received. I called them on January 10th due to a lack of heating in my home, and to date, I am still enduring the winter without any resolution. The utter lack of responsiveness from this company is nothing short of infuriating. This is not the first time I have faced such incompetence from King Mechanical. Last year, on November 14th, I encountered the same issue with my heating system. It took them until January to finally address the problem, leaving me shivering in my own home for an extended period. Unfortunately, it seems that history is repeating itself. What is truly baffling is their complete disregard for customer communication. Despite making numerous phone calls and sending text messages, I have yet to receive a response from King Mechanical. It's incredibly frustrating to be left in the dark and forced to endure the winter chill within the confines of my own home. It's evident that King Mechanical's lackadaisical approach to customer service is a recurring theme, and they seem indifferent to the inconvenience they cause. As a customer, I expect a certain level of professionalism and a timely resolution to issues, especially when it comes to something as essential as heating during the winter months. I strongly advise anyone considering King Mechanical for their HVAC needs to think twice. The lack of reliability, responsiveness, and the recurring nature of these issues make it clear that this company is not deserving of your trust. "BE ADVISED: Stay Away from Oasis Air. I deeply, deeply regret doing business with Oasis Air. The horror story starts back in 2023, which sold me an Ecoer unit and it took two install teams to get it right. I went two months without AC, until they got it right. Fast forward to 2025, I just had Douglas out to do my maintenance in April. He identified a leak in my eval coil!! He said the office would get back to me to schedule a repair (Never happened). Literally 15 calls to the office. I get "Tim (so-called service manager) is on the phone and will call you back. He is the only one who can schedule". Next excuse "fighting with Ecoer and it takes time." Then the best one. Ecoer says your unit must fail first before they will fix it. I HAVE A LEAK and live in AZ. Why would I wait for my AC to fail before the summer comes? I have a 10 year parts and labor warranty---and Oasis Air won't do a darn thing! At this point, I am going to file a complaint with the Registar of Contractors."
