"He responded promptly, scheduled the inspection within a few days, and was very professional.  After looking at the attic, he said that he cannot improve on the existing insulation in the attic.  He did recommend changing the insulation of the garage attic whose wall is adjacent to a bedroom from a low R styrofoam type material to a fiberglass batt insulation.  He said we would be better off buying the material from Home Depot and installing our ourselves to save money as his minimum charge would be higher than what it would cost us.  We followed his advise, did it ourselves (it was not difficult), and ended up saving money.  Any service provider who gives such advice is always commendable and we will certainly use the company in the future if needed.  This type of honesty is rare and should be encouraged. <br />"

"Outstanding. Perfect. Mario came out, gave me a quote to which I agreed. Got a senior discount too. He measured the attic very exactly and his measurement showed more square footage than another highly recommended contractor. However, I opted to use Phoenix Insulation because Mario was more accurate as it inspired more confidence even though the cost was $120 more than the other contractor. In any case, The 3-man crew showed up promptly at 8:30 and completed the entire job in less than 2 hours, which included installing 4 baffles to accommodate my O'hagen vents. The also insulated the attic hatch and brought the R value to R49. They put down plastic everywhere there hose went and vacuumed after they were done. Wonderful people and wonderful job."

"Excellent company, great value. Caden was quick to provide options over the phone and to email a written estimate which could easily be returned to accept the job. Price was best of several estimates for adding fiberglass insulation in the attic of an older home. The two workers were excellent, especially considering the extreme Phoenix summer heat. When the left I noticed a crack in the ceiling not sure if the did it or if it was pre-existing. I never contacted them becausae of the doubt. I would rehire for any future insulation work. <br />"

Gavin came out and spent over an hour gathering information on our insulation, measured the entire service area, examined the roof where the unit was on, any issues we had with the old unit and any wishes for the new unit. He then went back and several days later came back and submitted several options for us, explaining the pros and cons to each choice. The unit was then set up the next day.
