"The plumbing technicians came out as promised to assess the leak. They were both very courteous and kind and assessed the damage. I am giving three stars because they estimated the cost to be almost 250% higher than what the actual cost was to fix the issue. I am sure there are customers out there that would just accept any bid however, please get multiple beds for these projects, especially when working with this company as they will inflate the cost to take advantage of the situation. I ended up only paying for the $79 estimate."

"We recently had our where heater installed, and the whole process went smoothly from start to finish. The technician arrived on time,was perfessional, and explained everything clearly before starting the work. The installation was done effectively, with attention to dental, and everything was left clean. Our new water heater is working perfectly, and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. "We needed a building cleanout installed as a requirement for our remodeling project. Cornelio was very thorough in investigating what were the requirements for the inspection. He installed a dual cleanout following all the requirements which will help us in case of any backups in the future. He was very transparent about the cost, and finished the installation on the following day. Highly recommend him for any plumbing issues."

"We did not have a go-to plumber, nor did our neighbors, so we asked Angi. They recommended Steven Bailey, and it was the right choice. The job was a simple replacement of a traditional bathroom sink drain plug with a pop-up that will catch hair and, we hope, prevent future clogs. Steven was responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly, and he explained the options clearly and simply. He is an honest and skilled tradesman, and charged the minimum for the job, which was less than other quotes. Now we have a go-to plumber, and you can too!"
