"I called Aire Serv of Lake Cumberland to get a price for a new heat pump. I had gotten 2 other estimates before. Chris came out and took his time to check out my old heating system and we talked about the different options he could offer me. He gave me estimates for 3 different systems and I told him that we (my wife and I) would talk about it and let him know soon which option we would go with. We decided to go with the 15 SEER unit. Chris had told me that he would be going out of town for a few days and could probably start the work on next Wednesday. He said it might take a day and a half to do the work. He called me when he returned and we decided to start on Thursday instead. He said they would be here around 8:30 AM and they were here at that time. The work was done very professionally. They had to modify quite a few things to get the indoor unit installed correctly. Outside the cooling lines and the electric lines were in a state of disarray and they really worked hard to get them run neatly into the unit. Everything looks very nice plus they got the work done in one day. They carried all the old parts off and all in all it was a very good experience. I would definitely recommend them to anybody.

"I called Steve and he said he would be there the next day.  I told him an a/c guy  I knew came and put freon in it, and within 24 hours it wouldn't cool.  Steve asked me did he check for leaks, and I said no I don't think so.  He said, that is the first  he should have done was find out where it was leaking the freon.  My air conditioner is old, but I told him I couldn't afford to replace it right now, so he found the leak and stopped the leak and it has worked great on every warm day we have had.  
Steve is the most honest, kindest gentleman you could ever want to meet.  He was very sympathetic with me and didn't try to insist that it wasn't worth fixing and try to tell me I needed a new one.
I would highly recommend this company.  This day and time, so many people sell you things that you don't even need or try to convince you to replace the unit with another one.  This company listened to me and fixed my problem and did it at a very reasonable cost.  
I will definitely use them again and recommend them to my family and friends.

They put drop clothes down everywhere they would be working, had nice equipment, and were fast working ( but not too fast ).  I will definitely go back to these guys for air duct or dryer vent cleaning services.

"Jim did a great job. He quickly assessed the problem and then took our unit with him to work on it more. When he got back to us, the fix would have cost more than it was worth. He gave us options for a new or refurbished PC. We felt the refurbished was a good deal and chose that. He came back and set that up and we are very happy with it. He then took a look at my laptop and again took it along. He tuned it up and installed a speed upgrade we wanted. "My central air conditioner unit is about 16 years old now and with all this extremely hot weather just seemed to be working harder and harder but still wasn't cooling quite right. Finally it reached a point that in was running continuously with little cooling. I called SRS and they responded Immediately. Within a couple of hours, Stacy had run some tests and had opened the unit in the attic. He showed me the coils were iced up and after the ice was removed he showed me where the coils had deteriorated and was leaking. It took a day to get the part needed and early the next morning they had the part installed and the unit running again. Additionally they checked the condensate drian lines and cleared them out and put in a drain pan that had never been installed properly. This is a very professionally run organization. Theywere quick and very clean and neat. I couldn't be happier. I feel that for all they did the price was more than fair. I can recommend them without hesitation."
