The boss said that he would come back and install an eloectyrical outlet for the heater, but something intervened and as of now it is still connected to an extension cord. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit.
