"It went very well. The estimator was very nice. He was the tipping factor for me going with the company. The installer arrived on time, in fact, early. Installed the garage door in no time. One thing, had to ask him to clean up the trash instead of leaving it piled in the corner of my garage. He stated he couldn't take it with him. If it blew out the truck, it was a fine. I get it, but don't leave it piled up. Overall nice work."

"I couldn't be more pleased. Jeff analyzed the problem and his suggestion for a new door was spot on. Jon did the installation which was fast, professional, and the clean-up thorough. He also programmed the panel and his explanations were clear and concise. A minor hiccup with the ribbon/skirt on the problem of the door was repaired better than new by Jeff the same day I called (on a Saturday!). Highly recommended."

"Excellent replacement window company to work with. The installation crew were some of the best tradesmen that I have worked with. Very professional and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving on the last day of the project. Would highly recommend WindowPro to anyone thinking about replacement windows. Our house is a historic structure and the interior trim was not "touched" damaged during the replacement window installation."

"I recently had 1st Security install a system in my new house and so far have been very pleased with all aspects of the system, from the initial estimate to the installation to the functioning of the system itself. Jeremy did our initial estimate and provided us with a thorough explanation of the system. I already had done a significant amount of research comparing Alarm.com to ADT and some of the self-install options, but Jeremy was able to provide even more information and help me to understand better the pros and cons of each approach. Larry did our installation and also was very friendly and knowledgeable, explaining each step of the installation process and providing me with a tutorial at the end. My wife and I have had no issues with the system so far. It is very intuitive, and we have been able to customize it to fit our unique needs. I highly recommend considering 1st Security for anyone looking at installing, switching, or upgrading their security system."

"quality is always excellent. Delivery has always been on time. this is the third time I have used Arkansas wood door"

"The service has gone well so far. They have already done the sweep and inspection. They are actually coming back out to repair the chimney. I appreciated their honesty in telling the chimney needed repaired and their willingness to come back out. One technician came out for the service and he did great work. They were on time to the appointment and flexible with my schedule."

"The expert they sent out determined that I had two cracks in my basement wall. Other vendors said I would need a interior water drain system installed. Stay Dry fix the problem for a fraction of the cost."
