Ran over by 12 months, piers were missing in the crawl space, lots of mistakes, just ripped out the shower they installed because the liner was installed wrong and leaked, David nor Stan really care. They are content with delivering subpar work and subpar subcontractors. None of our home's interior doors or exterior doors not installed by ClarkHall stay when open. Every single one is a ghost door. Our home renovation was/is the joke of the neighborhood due to the amount of time it took and our ongoing issues. "I reached out to E. R. Plumbing Services on Monday afternoon. They offered to try to squeeze me in on Tuesday but to accommodate my schedule we set the appointment for Wednesday afternoon. For what its worth, they scheduled it as "after lunch" with the plumber to call me once they had a firm idea of how their day was shaping up - probably a way to manage expectations and avoid the customer dissatisfaction of a missed exact time promise so this didn't bother me at all. Reggie arrived around 2:30pm (I did get a call from the office announcing his ETA prior to his arrival) and after I showed him the bathroom with the issue he got right to work. He had the issue diagnosed w/in 5-10 minutes and then looked at the refrigerator water line issue with me. He gracefully accommodated my "hey, while you're here can you take a quick look at my water heater" question and was able to provide some advice (and peace of mind) on that as well. Reggie did a good job of explaining the "why" behind each of my concerns and his recommendations in a lay-person friendly manner. In the end, he replaced all the important innards in the toilet tank, swapped out the water line behind the fridge (after noticing a small leak that we hadn't realized was there), and left me with a good understanding of the health of my water heater and was out the door by 3:45pm for a total onsite time of just over an hour. A very satisfactory experience all around and I'd have no hesitation in having E. R. Plumbing Services (and Reggie) back out again to help in the future."

Me and my mother have taken countless days off work for them to come bandaid the problems instead of fixing them costing us even more money for missing work. Last Monday we failed for the 3rd time so I reached out AGAIN to the cooperate office and here we are 7 days later with no response and issue still not addressed This will be reported to the BBB, Angie's list will be reported for false advertising because the reviews under this company's name are actually for a company they bought out action 9 will be involved if this isn't the last time I have to deal with these people. It's the most unprofessional experience I've had with any HVAC company and I'm very disappointed in how they conduct themselves and their business please home owners beware!!"
