"I have been using Coolray Heating & Air Conditioning for the longest time and am very pleased with their quality of work and promptness. I have purchased my heating and cooling units from them with excellent installation. The service technicians are very professional."

"Estes is always very professional, considerate, and thorough. They have been my inspectors bi-annually for years, and managed my furnace/AC installation when my original system finally keeled over. It was July, terrible heat, and they were quick and wonderful."

"Atlanta Air Authority was thoroughly professional throughout the process of replacing my HVAC system. And their good advice even saved me money. They were able to do the job the day after I agreed to hire them, showed up on time, did a very professional installation, cleaned up the work area and hauled off the old equipment. I couldn't be happier."

"Wonderful service, I couldn't be happier with my new system. They arrived on time & worked all day until the heat pump was up & running. They finished on the next day. This was a big job. They removed all the old equipment & cleaned up afterwards. I will be using them in the future."

"Robbie and team showed up and replaced two completely dead HVAC systems with highly efficient Rheem inverter systems. In the first month alone, my electric bill has dropped from ~$550 to $250 - now that we're not relying on heat strip heating. They were excellent, describing everything that they did and walking us through using the new systems. No surprises on the bill, either - just straight forward and honest. I'd highly recommend them in the future, without reservation."

"Starting with my salesman Stan, who was extremely knowledgeable and patient through an easy installation and then my plumbing Overview by Blake who was extremely thorough it has been great working with this company. Blake even noticed that my recent water heater installation by another company was not up to code so I had to call them to come back. He even went so far as to email me information that I could share with the other company to make sure they change the errors. Whether you need AC or plumbing this is a great company."

"Ace & A has always been fairly priced with excellent equipment and service. I maintain a yearly service agreement with them so that my Heating & Air equipment is checked out in the spring and fall to make sure everything is working properly. If there is a problem we can address it sooner than later and with a game plan so we don't have any emergencies. From purchase of replacement equipment to maintenance I have always been provided the highest customer service at reasonable prices."

"Customer service was excellent. They responded quickly and was on time. Project: install air condition and heating unit."

"We had to use this company because of their contract with America Home Shield.  After 5 visits to my home - one of which he dripped the dirty toilet water all over my floor - they refused to write down that the issue with our toilets was the actual toilet and that it needed to be replaced.  Subsequently, we hired an out-of-pocket plumber who fixed everything by removing the original toilets and replacing them with new ones.
Additionally, the plumber came to our garage entry door instead of the front door and smelled of cigarette smoke every time he entered my property.
On the initial visit we also had him look at our hot water heater which he said needed immediate replacing.  We had another plumber come out for a second opinion (before spending $1800!) and the next plumber said that there were no issues at all that needed addressing and a new one was not needed.
