"Exceptional Customer Service! We meet with Everett L to determine our best options for replacing our heating and air conditioning system. He was honest, professional - very knowledgeable. We shopped 4 Top Tier companies and decided on Rescue Air due to his professionalism, his engineering expertise. On the day of the installation we meet Erick Sandoval installation lead, his installers - Eduardo and Daniel. Erick and I discussed the issues we were having in our house, hot spots in the summer, cold in the winter - poor airflow. He and his team surveyed our system and came back to me with his recommended solution - great communicator! What happened next was truly exceptional. Our original system was not placed in the attic correctly. Erick suggested we move the placement of the system in the attic - to do so - involved his team building a new platform in our attic requiring 2x6's joist installation w 3/4 inch plywood deck etc - a lot of work. Rescue Air made this decision because it was the RIGHT thing to do for us! It would solve our airflow issues and support efficiency in the long run. They did NOT ADD ON ANY extra fees / costs for doing so - they did this on their own - for their customer benefit.!! ON Rescue Airs' installation agreement they have 7 Guarantees listed - no frustration, no lemon, comfort 100% back ...- this companies culture supports these pledges! The exceptional service continues - when placing the outside unit - RA landscaped the area - brought in white marble rock, leveled the deck area using bagged top soil and they moved the unit away from adjacent unit and house (more efficient air flow). They replaced two outside circuit breaker boxes / panels. All at no extra cost! Each member of RA was very careful in placing drop clothes, cleaning up dust, use of booties etc.. The bottom line for us - this is our HVAC company for life - they do what they say - do it very well - do what is right no matter the cost to them - they mentor their employees - their employees have pride in their work - they are professionals - I highly recommend Rescue Air!! Our new system is fantastic - air flow is exceptional - the air quality is an 11 out of 10. And for the skeptics out there - I don't write reviews - I am not a paid spokesman - this company is exceptional in delivering great service - I appreciated their taking their time / applying their knowledge and solving our HVAC issues - they are problem solvers - great listeners!"

"The job of installing the HVAC units and heat pumps went well and the workers did a good job except that one broke a hole in my ceiling. The company sent a repairman the same day to patch. The repairman was employed full time by Team Enoch and unfortunately, the patch job leaves more than a bit to be desired. There is now a very obvious square in the center of my kitchen ceiling where the patch was made. The paint matching was not great but that did not really bother me as much as the fact that the repair is not flush with the ceiling which is an issue that remains."
