"Great! I have three AC Units on my house, all were 11+ years old. I had issues with one early in the summer, then came home to find that a second one had gone kaput. I had conversations with three different providers, and ultimately I chose to go with Punbar to replace all three units. Ronald answered all my questions, made some good suggestions, and during all our conversations never pressured me to make one choice or another. He was matter of fact and honest about the limitations what we could do to improve the circulation in the house. His team was able to replace all three units in one day (albeit a long day!) and the were neat, tidy, cleaned up and picked up well, including when one of the workers accidentally put his foot through the ceiling. While they had to come back to repair the ceiling, again, it was done very well and the drywall person cleaned up the work area very well. The pricing was good, (of the the three quotes I had, Punbar was the middle price) and they worked to get all the rebates possible at the time, further reducing my cost. I would highly recommend them."

"I had a great experience with Kelly's A/C. They installed blown-in insulation in my home, and the difference was noticeable right away—my house feels more comfortable, and I’m already seeing an improvement in energy efficiency. The team was professional, on time, and kept everything clean throughout the process. They took the time to explain the work and answer all my questions. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing insulation or HVAC services!"

"The job of installing the HVAC units and heat pumps went well and the workers did a good job except that one broke a hole in my ceiling. The company sent a repairman the same day to patch. The repairman was employed full time by Team Enoch and unfortunately, the patch job leaves more than a bit to be desired. There is now a very obvious square in the center of my kitchen ceiling where the patch was made. The paint matching was not great but that did not really bother me as much as the fact that the repair is not flush with the ceiling which is an issue that remains."

"AC Review When my AC quit, I called my Home Owner’s Warranty. They assigned a service provider, who said the condenser along with the furnace had to be replaced. They gave me a quote that seemed high, but it came with a “90 day price match guarantee”. I checked Angie’s List to get more info. Brent called immediately, and I told him what I needed. Based on my explanation, he gave me a ballpark estimate that was far less than the other bid. The HOW’s contractor was ready to start the same day. We were hot, in a hurry, and had the price match guarantee; so we told them to go ahead. Brent said he would still write a proposal for us if I gave him the specs. I sent a list of the work items with the model no. of the unit, but Brent did not carry that model. He would have to call the manufacturer for pricing info; so could he just quote the equipment he had. I thought it was important to have the same model for a valid comparison. Brent took the extra time to get the pricing, and still did not charge for the estimate. When I received Brent’s proposal, I submitted it for the price match. At one point the provider agreed to return the difference between Brent’s bid and the final amount I had paid but they refused to account for the HOW allowance, which I believed they received from the HOW company. The next day they called back and said they would not honor the price match after all. They claimed the bid I submitted was not “legitimate” rather, it was just a copy of their proposal and the technician had not actually been onsite. Again Brent was willing to come to my home and give me another estimate. Above is the short version with just the main facts. There were many calls and text messages, and Brent was extremely very helpful the entire time. If I ever need any AC work in the future, I will hire Brent. I wholeheartedly recommend Air Specialist!"

"Andres came out Tuesday to check both of my a/c units. The bad news was, both units needed to be replaced but the good news was that AKKO could do the replacement on Thursday at a fair price. The crew arrived on time, installed both a/c units very neatly, and by 6:30 pm I was cool again. Thanks AKKO for doing a great job!!"

"A professional team come out. Provided a fair assessment of what needed to be done. My installation didn't require any additional changes in order to meet City of Houston codes, so the quote that was provided appeared to be in line with average for a basic water heater replacement. I was quit pleased with the service and end product. I would call Nick's Plumbing for feature service."

"Excellent service from John Moore! This review goes across the board to capture all those involved from the initial call for service to the final step of installation/replacement. We’ve used John Moore Services for several things in the past three months and once again they did not disappoint. Great customer service, pricing, speed and efficiency in installation! Highly recommend!!"

"Fast, honest, and professional service. They diagnosed a blown pressure switch and weak capacitor on my furnace and had everything fixed quickly. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy—would definitely recommend."

"I highly recommend this company!! They replaced my air conditioner and cleaned my air ducts. I couldn't be happier with the results! Jeff Lucas and his boss made sure I knew all of my options and stayed within budget. The team that came out for both services were thorough and made sure we were satisfied before they left. A great company!!"
