"I call in the morning to get an estimate for a condenser replacement, and after reviewing the options with Ronald Amaya I made a decision for a trane 16 seer condenser. They brought it to my home that same morning and then came back in the afternoon to install it before the end of the day. After seeing their job I realized how flawed was the previous installation, they corrected a lot of the issues the previous installer had not paid attention to. The fact that two mechanical engineers were in charge of installing the unit gave me reassurance that the job was done up to very high professional standards. The gave me a lot of general advice on how to maintain and use the equipment and when they left everything was in good condition. They took care of registering the unit and send me the certificate of extended warranty. Will definitely use again for future needs and I highly recommend them."

"My thermostat was calling for heat and it was not warming up the house. I called Nicks Plumbing bc I saw they also did ac/heating services. Ronnie was my tech dispatched to review the issue. After investigating he determined the control board was bad. He also evaluated the system and made additional recommendations on safety updates and duct work. All I could Afford at the time is the computer board replacement. The verbal price quote was good but the final invoice was higher either due to inflation or increased costs on parts and labor. I canâ t fault Ronnie for this but assume if I got cheaper labor or parts Iâ d deal with other issues in the future or earlier break down. I felt I could trust Ronnie and his recommendations and felt good with the repairs and service."

"The job of installing the HVAC units and heat pumps went well and the workers did a good job except that one broke a hole in my ceiling. The company sent a repairman the same day to patch. The repairman was employed full time by Team Enoch and unfortunately, the patch job leaves more than a bit to be desired. There is now a very obvious square in the center of my kitchen ceiling where the patch was made. The paint matching was not great but that did not really bother me as much as the fact that the repair is not flush with the ceiling which is an issue that remains."

"Adam, the installer and engineer, recommended replacements for the entire system as well as some additional return vents to assist in moving the air in my house as it seems the original system just was not designed for such a large house (which I agreed). The price for the entire forklift project was phenomenal and with the extra work he put into the overall redesign I, and my family, could not be happier. He was absolutely correct in estimating my savings on energy costs as well as the newer units are far more efficient than what was original to the house. Overall, he and his team replaced both outside units, attic units, redirected some air ducts, added two new return vents, and new thermostats. I could not be happier with the job that he did designing the replacement system, removing the old system and installing the new system. I couldn't have had a better installer and salesman than Adam if I tried as he made the entire transaction a pleasant one. His friendly demeanor and upfront, straight forward persona really helped me make the right decision for my family and the future of my home and I couldn't be anymore thankful he was our technician. Overall, great technician and a great company to work with! I still use his services today for our yearly maintenance."
