Get matched with top heat pump installers and replacers in Baltimore, MD

"This is an excellent company. We have used them for year to service our heating and air conditioning units. It became necessary to think about replacing the units. We have two. Decided to replace both at the same time. They came out on a Monday and gave us an estimate and came out on Thursday and Friday to do the work. They totally cleaned up after themselves and made sure everything was working properly. Then they called a few days later to see that everything was working well. I highly recommend this company. All the technicians are polite and competent. The office staff is nice beyond belief. If you need any heating/AC work done, this is the company to do it."

"The gentleman that work this business go above and beyond to make the best suggestions for they work required. This is the second time I have hired them. My sub pump went after and more rain was coming they came out with 2 hours to fix the problem. Extremely professional man. I will be er use any other plumbing business other than Pohlman. I highly recommend if you have a plumping issue."

"After signing a contract on a Monday for a specific brand of heat pump they texted me Thursday morning, 24 hours prior to installation to announce they were changing the brand being installed. After a number of calls I had to agree to a substitute brand. Otherwise they told me it would be 4 weeks to get the original brand."

"I like to research before choosing. I received 4 quotes for the job and Nick Buric was the only one that listened to our needs and created an option that was perfect for the space...as well as being at a reasonable cost. They did a really great job installing a slim "ducted" mini-split unit in a small concealed ceiling space in my basement. The unit is completely hidden and uses ducts & vents to provide efficient heat and AC in our basement -- it is super quiet too. These guys are real pros and did what was right & needed to best suit the house versus what would have been easiest for them -- the other firms I talked to didn't want to touch the job (quoted a traditional concealed mini-split mounted on the wall instead) but Nick had a vision and his team did it all to perfection. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend to my friends and neighbors."

"Not only did Tyrone install both thermostats. But he saved me money. When you buy a smart thermostat there will be a notice stating a C-wire is required. Tyrone installed both of my smart thermostats without the use of a C-wire. So I was able to return them and get a refund. Both thermostats are working flawlessly! I highly recommend Tyrone if you live in the Baltimore area! Thanks again Tyrone!"

"The sales person, sold me a 15.5 seer heat pump and and the model it says 14.0 seer, so I asked the technician and he told me that, with both systems equal to 15.5 seer. I wanted to see 15.5 seer on the machine specifications but it does not said. So at this point, I donâ t know if the system installed at my house was 14.0 or 15.5 seer."

"The serviceman was very professional and patient. He put on shoe covers when he entered the house and took them off to check the heat pump. They were back on when he re-entered my home. He was also well spoken and inspired confidence in his knowledge and workmanship. I really liked the service I received with a special price on my HVAC system check-up. Thank you BlueDot!"

"We had a couple of scheduling delays but everything was resolved. Jason worked so hard on resolving the delays and kept us in the communication loop. The technicians, Steve and Brandon, that installed the heat pump were incredible. They worked together like clockwork. It is a beautiful installation and is working beautifully."
