Kevin found the nonworking part. Then William installed the part and I see a difference in the comfort level. They ordered the part and within 48 hours had it installed. I have 10 year parts and labor so this cost me nothing. Kevin saved me a ton of money. I am impressed with their customer service and have used them for over 17 years now.
