"My technician Steve was awesome. Very punctual gave me my options on what I could do to repair a 22 year old AC unit and they gave me a good deal on the replacement of the outside unit. I would certainly hire again and will be doing so when I have to replace my second AC unit that's still running but probably not for long as it's 22 years old as well. overall very courteous very punctual and didn't try to oversell me but worked to get me a solution that fit my needs. This approach was very much appreciated."

"removed old and installed new heat pump/airhandler"

"Even though I have solar heat, my electric bill was around $300 per month for four or more months. I have two furnaces and heat pumps. Temperature control cleaned the ducts (that had never been cleaned before) and found there was a 25 and 35 percent leakage. They sealed the ducts. It was at a time when I was getting ready to turn the heat off.. I've had two electric bills since. One was $70 and the latest was $60. The airconditioning in the house is very even and comfortable, not like the previous year. It will be interesting to see what my winter bills are. I expect they will be normal."

"I have used Done Rite Services for couple of Plumbing jobs as well as fixing my Tankless Water Heater/Pump. They have done excellent jobs on all 3 occasions. The technicians that came- William for Tankless system and Danny for Plumbing issues - were both very professional, courteous, and are very experienced. They never tried to oversell or tried for other extra expenses that most plumbing companies here in town are so famous in trying to push towards you when they come for such jobs. I highly recommend this company to all - and have passed their info to all my friend and family. I will be using them only for all my HVAC, plumbing jobs - and they even do electric jobs as well. The staff at the office (Gina/Casey/Yandai) over the phone - are very professional and courteous as well - and the best part is their appointment system - they have text message reminder 24 hours ahead - and also when the tech is in route - they inform you with their profile picture and name and bio details, so you know when and who is arriving at your door step. Excellent service - keep up the good work - and I will be using you all from now on. Thanks again for the excellent work. Kishor Shrestha"

"Job was done right. Dryer vent cleaned out along with HVAC vent getting cleaned out. The air felt so much fresher after HVAC was cleaned!"

"The system issue was evaluated, order submitted to home warranty and parts ordered. The new compressor was installed with attention to detail. Also, Rick grounded the auxiliary heating system so that we had heat during the down time. I felt like our best interests were Rick’s concern and we will definitely use his service again as well as recommend him to friends,"

"Ryan (project manager) explained in detail my options and prices for a heat pump replacement. The prices were reasonable and the work was completed as promised. The installation crew was on time and efficient. Outstanding service from the entire crew."

"Expectations exceeded! Levi answered all of my questions and designed us a custom high efficiency gas / heat pump system with a fully variably AC system which qualified us for a large Fed. credit has significantly reduced our utility bills. More importantly he has been there every step of the way. He came himself on the day of our install to do a quality check and show me how to customize our system. Some time after we had a small problem with our thermostat. He responded to my text personally and was there within the hour. It's rare these days for me to receive more than I expect from a company. If you're sourcing a new HVAC system I would highly recommend speaking with Levi.. you just might end up as pleased as I am. ?"
