"There were several problems with the space pack AC unit AC Engineers installed in 2016. AC engineers really stands behind their work. Their technicians are excellent. It took several visits to restore my system but AC Engineers did the job right. I live in a 100 year old house and repairs to my boiler and AC and other systems are a fact of life. "The experience from start to finish was very smooth. Jonathan did the original analysis, which was very thorough and detailed. I knew I had significant heating loss going on, and his audit confirmed just how bad it was. The installation crew took extra care to protect my house. They were also very professional and got the job finished in one day, even though it was scheduled for two. After the job was done they cleaned everything up nicely, and also showed me pictures of all the completed work. Great job!"

"Ac not working and thought it was compressor so found a company that would come out on Sunday. Spoke with tech and he was knowledgable and gave me a good deal of info. The after hours charge was high at $140.00 but it is a hot Sunday so the fee is what I expected maybe a bit more but they were one of few who would come out for an emergency. Ok perhaps no ac is no emergency but still. Lol Tech diagnosed the problem and it was a bad capacitor and he added freon but just a bit. Part cost was $215.00 or so and I researched the part and it only costs $40.00 new but I have zero experience with hvac and I am paying for their expertise plus they had the part etc. it costs what it costs and if you know about these things then yea it would be much less but it is less than a whole new system. I would call them again and there seems to be a wide variety of opinions on internet about that cost but they are a big company and I am paying for their expertise just like my clients pay for mine.

"Because we had to coordinate the service call with a temporary shut-off, of the water, by the city timing was important. Mr. Hairston and his apprentice Gary arrived within approximately 15 minutes of our calling them, once the shut-off had occurred. They explained to us what work would be done and took approximately 35 minutes to complete the job. Before completing the work we were told that it was 'ok' to call to have the water restored. That meant that we were able to spend less time waiting for the city to come back out. As we had read in other reviews before, the area worked in was cleaned at the completion of the job. Mr. Hairston offered to send our receipt via email and was willing to accept whatever form of payment we wanted ( cash, check or charge). He invited us to contact him if anything else needed addressing. He was pleasant and polite as was Gary his apprentice.

We experienced a hard time getting other trades to come out and keep appointments during covid, but this company made the whole process really easy and got our job done timely. I have allergies. The owner of the company was at our job and suggested a duct cleaning because the previous home owners had pets.
