"Unique replaced my 20 year old high velocity air handler, condenser, and separate mini-split systems. Overall everything looks and works great! I was impressed by the dedication of their team - working in my attic in 95 degree heat, installing a smart thermostat for me, and even removing/killing a giant wasp nest that was in the eaves! They also accommodated my request to remove the condensers a few weeks before the new install, so I could do some landscaping work. Price was also quite reasonable. Definitely recommend."

When I was looking to hire someone and told people that my unit was over 11 years old they were already trying to tell me I would probably need a new unit without even seeing it. Wil looked at it and showed me that it was even older but after a thorough check he said it should have about 3 years left and no need to rush to replace it. I asked him for a quote anyway and he then explained that Mass Save offered up to $1,600 rebate if I was going to replace it. I asked him if he would take a quick look at my heating unit as well and did not charge me extra. I will have him back next year for a maintenance checkup. If I decide to replace it I will hire him to do the job. Prompt and very courteous service."
