His proposals listed several boiler options, based on heating efficiency, which were competitively priced. The installation was run by Steve, who was able to fit in the installation the next week. Steve, and his crews, were punctual and courteous, and the installation went smoothly. "We recently had NETR install a ductless system in our single family home, and the entire experience working with NETR was consistently impressive. At every stage of the process the folks at NETR were super responsive and helpful, and their professional approach resulted in a zero surprise and zero problem experience. After initially reaching out to NETR to inquire about their services they setup a consultation visit. Russell Dodd arrived to review our property, listen to our needs and concerns, and recommend a solution. Russell is a friendly guy with many years of experience with ductless installations and had all sorts of clever suggestions on how to make this installation work best in our home. It's worth noting we also had 2 other top rated competitor firms visit to conduct property reviews, and the people that showed up were significantly less experienced than Russell and clearly did not have the product knowledge or range of ideas that Russell shared during his visit. Within days of Russell's visit we had an installation quote/estimate in hand and after sorting out a few details with NETR we scheduled an installation date. The contract covered all the items we had discussed with Russell and was very straightforward. The NETR price was competitive and in the same ballpark as the other companies – but with far superior follow-up and consultant services. There were no surprises or unclear items listed on the NETR quotes, while the quotes we received from the other companies had some areas where costs were not entirely clear. On the day of the installation Jerry Odom arrived and was the technician assigned to lead our project. Jerry was super friendly and carefully took the time explaining his installation process, listened to and answered any of our questions, and immediately went to work. Over the course of the 2 full day installation Jerry quietly and skillfully pulled everything together and made sure the units were placed exactly where we had requested. He did an exceptional job hiding piping and basically making sure that the new units throughout the house were installed in a very clean looking manner. Jerry was joined by two colleagues at various points during the installation and all were equally competent and skilled professionals. From initial outreach to the final day of the installation we interacted with at least 5 different people from NETR. The staff working back in the office were also very professional and helpful at all times. We interacted with Eleni and even one of the owners at one point when calling to confirm installation dates. This is obviously a company that values taking great care of the customer and sets an expectation that their staff are all honest, helpful, responsive and fair in all interactions. NETR deserves all the superlatives that are used to describe their people, processes, and services. This is a business that clearly makes it a priority to take care of the customer and deliver top quality work. We are very happy that we chose NETR over other vendors and would recommend them to anyone looking to install a ductless system."

"Unique replaced my 20 year old high velocity air handler, condenser, and separate mini-split systems. Overall everything looks and works great! I was impressed by the dedication of their team - working in my attic in 95 degree heat, installing a smart thermostat for me, and even removing/killing a giant wasp nest that was in the eaves! They also accommodated my request to remove the condensers a few weeks before the new install, so I could do some landscaping work. Price was also quite reasonable. Definitely recommend."

"We've used Atlantic Heating & AC for many years and wouldn't consider any other company. Atlantic is extremely responsive, priced reasonably, and they always do a great job. We've never once had to call them back to resolve any issues associated with their work, and they've done a lot of work over for us over the last 9 years. Recently, our water heater died very suddenly; I came home from my office and water was leaking out of the water heater onto the basement floor. Within minutes, their service manager was guiding me over the phone regarding which valves to turn off etc. and he had me take a few pics to send to him. The very next day, a serviceman was at our house installing a brand new, much better water heater than the house had come with, and we haven't had an issue yet, and this was several months ago.
