"Had wade install a Mitsubishi Mini Split with 4 ceiling units on the 2nd floor to assist with heating and cooling issues. The whole process was easy from beginning to end with very clear and quick communication. Also had them repair an existing system at the same time that was quick, hassle free and got me fixed up properly. I want to especially thank Lonnie, Mr Wade and the Installers for their expertise and professionalism along the way. "The appointment slot was from 8-12 but I got a call 30 minutes in advance. The technician, Jesse, was very nice and explained what he was doing. He told me how old my furnace was and to keep on top of maintenance. He didn’t try to sell me anything, just mentioned services that the company offered. We talked about duct cleaning (they don’t offer it) so that helped steer me away from doing it as they don’t think it’s very effective. He showed me rust in my furnace but said it wasn’t that bad and doesn’t need repair. Overall I thought the tuneup went well. I would use them again for furnace and AC work."
