"Recently I saw a crew from Cambridge Doors and Windows installing new windows on a home in my neighborhood. The new windows were great and the installation perfect. I had been thinking of replacing my old front door, so I visited the Cambridge showroom to check their products. Diana showed me around the showroom and discussed general pricing and styles that were popular. She gave me some catalogues to review and in a few days, I called Diana back to tell her what my choice would be and asked for a quote. She sent me a preliminary quote and scheduled a visit from Mike who would discuss the choice of door and hardware in more detail. Mike visited two days later and took measurements, discussed the door and hardware and other matters such as delivery time. He was expert in his advice, listened to my questions and overall had a friendly and professional manner. I signed a contract that very day. About a month later Mike alerted me to the delivery date and I was amazed at how beautiful the new door was and how expertly and professionally the installation was done. This new door is a wonderful addition to my house and enhances its value immensely. Thank you to the entire Cambridge team."

"Our doors were ten years old and really looking worn. Marvin came and recommended a color. We ended up having them restore not only our front doors, but garage doors, shutters and corbels! Taking the front doors off and restoring them in a shop is the only way to do this! They color choice was beautiful. The project was completed on time as promised. "Painter stopped paint about 1" above carpet on all baseboards. Had to go around and correct. Accent wall next to wall painted white had to go and adjust painting to have even lines. Several spots of paint on carpet that had to clean up; paint on door knobs which I cleaned up. Requested ceiling to be retextured where it was peeling up, instead contractor scraped the ceiling and painted it. There are areas that are still needing address on ceiling which I will correct. I failed to remove the blinds in a window contractor removed blind and layed on floor and they were stepped on. Ended up with a slat being broken. Office personnel did call and request I make sure I was happy before staff departed."

"HRR has performed work on a couple properties since 2014. Much of the work was to correct problems left by a previous contractor. Services ranged from floor tile, painting, a/c work, Sheetrock repair, plumbing, appliance installation, blind installation, etc. They manage change requests efficiently and provide cost before work is started. I trust Phil and his contractors with full access to the properties if I am not there.

"It couldn't have been better and I am hoping to reschedule them for more work in the next week or two.  They replaced the outside pendant light hanging outside the front door.  That required using a very tall ladder.  Then they removed six ceiling fans, 
replacing some with new ceiling fans and others with ceiling lights.  They then did some work in the master bath.  It was a lot of work done capably and quickly.
