I was able to call them Saturday for an appointment and they were out there Monday morning. The clog was repaired quickly and we're there the next day with camera to fully inspect the pipe to make sure everything was good."

"The plumber they sent out was great. No complaints. We paid top dollar for two new toilets, both to be installed. The water wasn't on most of the time because of leaks in the piping. We discovered a broken/leaking toilet subsequent to the installation. The company refuses to honor or provide any warranty / guarantee. We spent thousands of dollars with this company... to refuse to repair/replace a defective toilet is just the type of service no one wants."

They used the wrong tape to attach the plastic barrier to the walls and floors to create a barrier. The company paid for the fix, but it took them 3 months to do so. Rather disappointing. Overall, quality of work was exceptional. The technicians should have been trained better on how to protect client property."
