They have pictures of other places and try to to tell you it yours. They do a very poor job. Cant even clean a dryer vent properly. Never again. i will find a better place. try stanley steemer."

"Beth was very easy to work with and listened to what I wanted to achieve in our new home which was built in the early '90's. She was very responsive to my initial contact and gave me several recommendations and professionals (tile, painters, granite fabricators etc) to contact as I did each project. About a month later after using the painters and tile professionals recommended by Beth in our powder bath remodel we decided to just get all main living areas done. It was also difficult because the windows are over 50 years old and have vinyl snap-in glazing. He tackled it with a great attitude and replaced the broken panes. "On December 30, I approved the estimate and let Jakob know I wanted to move forward with the installation. I purchased the bathtub and fixtures and communicated to Jakob that everything was ready. After hearing nothing, I had to call and ask when I was scheduled due to his lack of communication. January 14 was confirmed as the installation date with Jakob. NO ONE showed up and there was NO CALL, NO MESSAGE, until Jakob tried calling me after 3 p.m. ON THE DAY of installation-far too late! Reviews matter, and based on my experience, this company is unreliable and unprofessional. I would not recommend them."
