"Excellent experience from the start. The owner, Steve, took my initial call and took time to explain the entire process for cleaning the ducts. I have lived in my home for 16 years, I own pets and have never had this service before. Steve assured me that this service would make a difference in the hvac in my house. They scheduled me for a convenient date with a window for the service to start of about 2 hours. The day of the service, Jason and Lee called to let me know they were running early on their schedule and they were actually able to come to my house a little early.  They were professional and friendly. After a brief tour of the house to identify all the ducts and cold air returns and the furnace, they started right away. It was a rainy day, but they made sure not to track dirt or mud into the house and even wiped up the area around the door before they left. They took the time to explain all the process and made sure that everything was working properly before they left. The cost for the service was exactly as quoted. No hidden charges or surprises. The whole process took a couple of hours. Because Steve did such a good job explaining what was going to happen on the initial call, I felt totally prepared for the work.

"A&D Specialty Services is amazing! Doug, Dougie & Mike are our family now. We had original water damage upstairs that effected a huge area. They came the same day I called and setup everything to get us dried out. Their build back for that damage is amazing! It looks like we have a whole new house. Less than a week after we had original water damage our water heater expansion tank broke. So our water heater exploded (adding insult to injury). I called Dougie at like 2am and he got up, got his equipment and came to our house at 5 o'clock in the morning to come take care of the issue. He installed a new water heater took out the old water heater, and got everything squared away to dry out the basement. I refer them to everyone I know! They are always professional, very reliable and treat you like family. I will always go to them first for any service they can provide. Thank you for all you guys have done and continue to do!!!!"

"There was confusion with my insurance company.  First they sent Calloway and then realized he was not an authorized provider for their company and referred me to someone else.  Calloway and the new provider had different opinions about how much work needed to be done.  I went with the provider my insurance company recommended, as others who looked at the job also felt the extensive repair that Calloway was going to do was not needed, plus my insurance company would honor a 5 year warrenty if I used the company they recommended.  Calloway was pretty aggressive and offered to match both their price and their warrenty, but by then I felt like there was more tension between Calloway and my insurance adjuster than I wanted to deal with.
