"High quality, responsive, fair, and clean These guys are the best! We worked with them on a water heater replacement and a air conditioner repair/replacement - both in July 2019. When our water heater broke, we called several places. They were the first to respond - Ahmad was able to come out to our house within an hour or so. He answered our questions, let us know why he knew it needed to be replaced (as opposed to repairing a link), and began working. He noted that our previous water heater had been installed incorrectly, and he re-welded a pipe so that the new water heater could be installed on a more level surface. While he was at our house, we asked if he could also install a new kitchen faucet that we had been meaning to replace. He was able to fix it in 20 minutes. For both repairs, he left the worksite clean. I'm glad our water heater broke that day, because we learned they also do air conditioner repair. Dean was much more knowledgeable and provided us with more repair options than any other company we had contacted. We had been under the impression that both our air handler and condenser needed to be replaced, but he let us know that although the condenser needed to be replaced, only one part of the air handler - the coil - needed to be replaced. This saved us thousands of dollars. Dean also patiently answered our questions about other air conditioner options we were considering (e.g., whether to get a a unit with greater capacity). While we were waiting for parts to be available, they did a temporary fix of our old air conditioner so that we didn't melt during the heat wave. On the day of the repair, everything went smoothly - they kept me informed about progress and cleaned up after themselves. I'll definitely call Green Apple the next time I have a plumbing or HVAC issue!"

"We searched for a long time for a company to replace a current central A/C which was not particularly old, but the handler up in the attic was nearing the end of life so we had to replace the whole system. Speer seemed most knowledgeable, offered a product we were comfortable with (Amana) and were also professional and prompt. Of note we had a troublesome smart thermostat which required that they return multiple times to address - they did not consider the job done until this was fully operational. Overall we were very pleased, but the summer will tell!"

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. And installed water heater in a few days so family didn't need take cold showers. And furnace was fix a few days later before it gets cold outside. Thank you very much William"

"Kevin was great! The rest of the company not so much. Kevin diagnosed the problem immediately as the thermostat, had a replacement in the truck, and completed the installation of the new unit quickly. He showed me how to program the updated version, and everything seemed to be fine - until the next morning. Turned out the replacement was defective. When I called, I was told that they might not be able to get back to me that day, but Kevin interrupted his schedule to come back and put in a new (and working) unit at no charge."

"We had water leaking into our crawlspace. It was a mess. The rugs we laid down to make crawling easier were soaked with foul-smelling liquid. Boxes of pictures were ruined. Contaminated items needed to be thrown away. It was a disaster. At first, we thought it may have come from a leak from a recently installed water heater. We contacted the installer (AJ Perri) to look at it. He said that it wasn't from the heater. He assumed it was water from outside and suggested we get a sump pump. We weren't entire convinced that was the case or the cause, so we reached out to plumbers here on Angie's--including Good Tidings. They had someone come over right away to look that problem. He looked (and smelled) the water and said it was from the sewer line, thinking there was a clog. It turned out the pipe was at fault and needed to be replaced. The plumbers Good Tidings sent were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They solved the issue, as we are no longer getting disgusting water in our crawlspace. In another plumbing-related problem, we'd be sure to call again!"
