He made several recommendations after an in depth examination, and wrote up a detailed quote breaking out each line item. I appreciated the cost transparency. We decided to take the initial step of applying spray foam to insulate the duct work in the basement and attic. Gene used good ventilation techniques and the end result was very neat. He cleaned up well. He shared the before and after data in terms of the surface temperature of the duct work.
