"Once again I called Sam for assistance. The heavy rain last week caused flooding in my basement resulting in a problem with my heat/air unit and hot water. He came the same day I called quickly fixed the hot water problem. My other unit which was 40 years old needed to be replaced. He gave me a fair quote set up the old unit temporarily and would be able to install the new unit in just 2 days. The team arrived at 8:45AM and worked until 11PM. The new unit is working beautiful.
