He helped us with so many things to update our 90s home! - complete demo and remodel of hall bath including removal of old bathtub and built a beautiful tile, walk in shower - installed LVP in the basement, first floor and stairs - demoed old tile flooring, ripped up carpet and overall leveled floors - installed new trim throughout - baseboards, doorframes, windows, both staircases which included custom cuts and angles - installed vanity and toilet in basement bathroom - complete remodel of our powder room installing a pedestal sink and beadboard walls with many custom cuts and angles - installed a beautiful beadboard wall in basement that hid several imperfections in the wall - helped us remodel our laundry room to make it more functional for our family Sam was so great to work with and we were able to do more than we initially planned because of his experience!
