It involved a shopping trip for additional supplies so that the finished job wasn't jury rigged. Despite the extra time and trouble, the final price did not change from Mr. Magliulo's estimate. The finished job proved to be a safe and professional solution to a serious problem we hadn't even been aware of. Mr. Magliulo made certain that we knew we could call on him if there was any problem. Lisa was very pleasant and attentive to my long winded explanation, had me speak to Mo who took time talking to me. I asked if he could take a look at unit , he did and said it was operating but not cooling properly but that a full pressurized check of system was best done when weather warms. He was going to leave without a service charge but I asked him if he could winterize furnance, thought quote could have been lil lower for that but agreed because I appreciated his directness and honesty on dealings. Lisa quickly made appt to fit my schedule and Mo and helper were puntual on call as well as prompt responding to night call to check on pressure gauge that they replaced. Service cost all in."

As I was telling him what work I wanted done he made suggestions because of codes and accessibility of the wires. A few days later he and Ben arrived on time. They took some time planning what they were to do and then got to work. Fishing the wires through the walls was, I think, the hardest thing they had to do. They worked well together with one in the attic or basement and the other in the kitchen, communicating through the walls. 
As they were working I would ask them questions and make suggestions. They both stopped what they were doing so they could respond to my concerns. Schultz Brothers Electric in my opinion is a top notch company that really cares about their customers.
