"We love Roy Rogers! You never think of it until your heat or A/C is out, but glad to have them service our house for both. They came out today within hours of my call on one of the coldest days of the year. Thanks, Roy!"

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"I had Steve come out to give me a second opinion after another company told me I needed to replace my furnace. Steve diagnosed and fixed the issue with the furnace within 30 minutes and the repair was minimal."

"I was disappointed that the service tech did not have the replacement faucet or garbage disposer with him when he came out. I made it clear in my request for an estimate that at a minimum, these two items need to be repaired/replaced so he should have brought them when he came. Instead, I had to wait for an hour for him to drive to the "warehouse" to pick up the items and come back. I did not see or sign the written estimate before I agreed to the quote, and I do believe I was gouged on the price, but the work needed to be done so I did not press the issue with John. Other than that, John was friendly, professional, and did a great job cleaning up after himself when we completed the work. The employee that contacted me to set up the appointment was also very friendly, prompt, courteous and professional. The lady that called the other day to see how things went was friendly and professional. For these reasons, I am willing to hire Hope Plumbing again for future plumbing need; however, I will scrutinize the invoice and demand to see the written estimate before hand."

"Did not use service as company explained they didn't service the product I had but was generous enough to tell me it's because the GE brand is too expensive to repair. She also went on to recommend a product."

"This company is the best! I have had to call them for 3 different issues over the past 2 months. Jim has went above and beyond to help us with whatever issue we are having. He always responds quickly to text or calls and is willing to cone fix whatever issue day or night. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you Jim."

"It was awesome! They were wonderful and the service was fantastic!"

"Came to do repair morning after I called with questions about our problem. Jason was punctual, friendly, respectful of our property, patient with my questions and efficient with replacement. We are thrilled with the new faucet. We will contact Petree Plumbing for a quote on our bathroom remodeling job next year. If we need any plumbing work, we will definitely use Petree Plumbing.

"Those guys very very good. They cut 2 holes in the ceiling with no dust or any other problem. They did an excellent job."

"Set a date and time for service ( actually it was a wet and raining cold day) and I really did not expect service on such a ugly day but DJ was there  and on time and did all work as expected. DJ explained everything to my husband and there were no surprises.

Any question I had for Rob ( the owner) he was easy to reach or returned calls or texts promptly.
I would highly recommend the company to others and I have.

Thanks for your service.
Peggy B.
