"I requested a service call yesterday in the am. Hammond contacted me that afternoon and set up an appointment for today. Eric Hammond and son, Chris, showed up ready to work!! Eric checked out the duck work and went to town for a piece of pipe to close the gap in the system. He was back quickly and did the repair. He was dirty and sweaty when he came out of the attic. What a great job!! My A/c should work much better now because it was sucking hot air from the attic before this repair. I will recommend Hammond Heating & Air to all my friends & neighbors. "The provider showed up on time as promised. After about 40 minutes the service guy was wrapping up and had to ask him to redo some sections that were clearly not clean. Also missed stairs completely. They did finish it up and final job was fine. Had some trouble communicating with service guy as his English was limited. Wasn't terrible but wouldn't use again.

"It was a while since we got our suspensions about the monthly utilities bills and we search for a company that can help us with this task. We spoke to several companies and most of them either didn't come on time or even canceled the meetings. Charlie from landmark spoke to us over the phone and he wanted to get from us the most information about what are we trying to get and what is the current problem. We scheduled a meeting with him and he came over and went over the monthly utilities bills. Than he checked the house and looked around to see if there is something that caught his attention as a problem that can be fixed. After that, he scheduled with us a day for the inspection and he explained to us how they work and how is the inspection should be. After his inspection that was made by his team of workers, he came back and provided us with the report and the results of the inspection. He went with us line by line and explained us the recommendations that we take care of. We are happy with this kind of service and we did hire them to fix the issues that they find and we most likely will hire them to install solar system at the house.
