"Axel was fantastic. He identified the leak (a plastic cover on the water softener system had sprung a leak) and it needed a new cover. He was supposed to get off work early today but since we had no access to hot water, he said that we were more important than his time off! He then arranged for another technician to bring the cover to him to save time. I appreciate his dedication to the client. He brought in his own rags to mop up the water too. Mike Counsil has always exceeded my expectations but Axel really went beyond for me today. Also, the customer service setting up the call was extremely well done. Thank you!"
