"Installers did a great job very efficient and neat."

"Discount Garage Doors was incredible from the moment I spoke with customer service to when the technician showed up at my house right away! I called a few other garage door companies before reaching out to Discount Garage Doors, but they told me I had to wait at least a week. I would highly recommend this friendly hardworking company for all and any garage door repairs."

"I?m very happy with my experience and honestly didn?t expect to find a mahogany door in stock with such a quick turnaround. I was able to receive it in just three weeks, which is impressive given that mahogany doors are usually made to order with other companies. The website made it easy to find the exact size I needed, and I appreciate that it was available right away. The assembly guide was clear and simple to follow, and all the necessary parts were included, which made the installation process smooth and stress-free. Thank you, Romeo, for your guidance and support throughout the process."

"Arrived when expected; installed door excellently."

"We had a lot of damage from Hurricane Ian and Witty Innova did all the repairs except for the roof! Wonderful, talented group and outstanding communicators! I'm praying we never need that much work done again but would most definitely hire them!"

"Extremely well. If I have any issues with my door in the future, I will contact him again."

"Wonderful! My doors needed were an odd size but they made them to fit perfect."

"There was one small issue with a single door not closing properly after the project was completely. Not only did Andres stand behind his work, but he returned promptly to correct issue and to insure that I was 100% satisfied with my project. I could not be happier with JH7 and their work and I will definitely be using them again on additional rehab projects. Do not hesitate to hire Andres for all of your home improvement projects - you won't be disappointed!"

"We ordered about 28 Gorell windows from them for a remodel.  The second floor was completely rebuilt so we had both new construction and replacement windows.  The salesman was very nice, but maybe not so experienced.  He had our blueprint plans to work with, but missed the fact that we needed tempered glass or impact window over the tub to meet code.  He definitely should have known this.  Also, in some places we put 2 windows side by side which requires a mullion (the piece that goes between them to anchor them together).  We got the runaround when we tried to get the mullions from them.  Couldn't get a straight answer out of them, they kind of tried to act like it was something the installer should get and they didn't have them, then they changed their tune and got them for us.

All in all, we're happy with the windows, just not the company.  Unreturned calls, mistakes, etc.   I'd say if you buy windows from them, let your contractor deal with them and make sure the order is right and complete.
