New windows weren't even a blip on our radar yet after Kyle's great consultation / presentation + reading up on APEX Energy Solutions we decided to replace 11 original 1980s windows. Kyle was super helpful and really knows his stuff which helped us select the best window options, trim color, etc. for our house. Ordering was a breeze and APEX called to schedule installation exactly when they said they would. Super professional and helpful. Even so we started to wonder if we really "needed" new windows no matter the promised improvement & quality. So when installation day arrived we were feeling a little anxious. Again we had a First Class experience. A text notified us the install crew was en route and they arrived on time. A shout out to Brian (crew leader), Terry & crew for their fantastic, super professional & thoughtful work; their expertise immediately put us at ease. All equipment looked new and was impeccably clean from the large cushy mat placed outside front door, the tarps used on floors & even draped over our shrubs, to brooms & shop vacs. They meticulously cleaned up as they worked and you can really tell the install crew takes pride in what they do. They’re so good, in fact, that we didn’t even need to remove our plantation shutters for the installation. Each individual APEX window was diligently & perfectly installed. Turns out our old windows had some issues: 1 completely rotted wood sill, some with zero insulation or sealant (you could see thru a crack to outside), windows that weren't even the correct size. All stuff we couldn't "see” and Kyle did us proud in knowing exactly which old windows needed replacing and which didn't. The install crew replaced the rotted sill at no extra charge. Our APEX triple pane windows have foam insulation (no stingy business - they use the correct amount) and are caulked to the brick. No more cold winter air will blow thru wall sockets by the windows - Yay! When 1 new APEX window sash wasn't 100% perfect and 1 new screen had a tiny mark I could barely see, Brian arranged to come back and replace these asap. Wow - I'm a "picture straightener" and the attention to detail and quality blew me away. The exterior trim was installed so perfectly and the color Kyle helped us choose is such a perfect match that it all blends beautifully with the house & the few remaining older windows. Neighbors have already commented on how nice it looks and asked about the windows. Brian showed us how to operate & clean our new windows + screens (super easy) then the crew removed all labels and wiped down the frames until spotless (no smudges). When they left all work areas both inside and out were so clean we couldn't tell they had been here. Not one bent twig in the garden. It’s like we woke up and the Window Fairy had left us these gorgeous windows. Not only do the APEX windows look amazing but our house actually feels different. It’s so much quieter inside, the kitchen bay window seating area now remains cool all summer afternoon and the 2 new casement windows in the den have transformed the space so much we can’t stop admiring them. Rooms now feel brighter, open, more modern and updated. It’s such a great improvement and investment for our home. Final note about this stellar install crew: they helped my husband move our very old heavy piano both out and back with great care + were mindful of our elderly cat bunkered in the 1/2 bath vanity cabinet & always checked to make sure bathroom door was shut so he was safe. "I had a TVA energy audit conducted and was looking for a company to blow in insulation in my attic. They came out and gave me a great estimate for the work. About a week and a half afterwards they came out to do the work. Total it took about 3-4 hours for the attic access to be rebuilt and the insulation to be put in. The access opening is tiny, so I was really impressed by how quickly the work was done. I had a great experience with the company and will certainly be using them to replace some gutters when I get the chance. <br />"

Our HVAC went out late on a Wednesday, I called them the next day, had someone out to discuss our options. No pressure whatsoever to buy a new system, but we decided that's what was best given our 11 year old system that the previous homeowners had already done some repairs to. We had a brand new one completely installed by 1pm Friday. Our installer Danieal was particularity impressive--very detail oriented, and did several things I wasn't expecting based on our contract to make sure our system was running as efficiently as possible."

"I can't express what a pleasure it was to work with Foamworx. We are DIY-ers by necessity, and we occupy the house that needed to be insulated. It is a "story-and-a-half" 90-yr-old bungalow, meaning the attic space is tall enough to use as living space and had originally been finished as one open space with tounge-and-grove "box-car"-siding on walls and ceiling. It had been divided into rooms for my children three decades ago, and since reverted mostly to storage again. Behind the siding and ceiling was ancient loose cellulose insulation, really nasty with coal soot and roofing debris. <br /> First I moved as much storage "stuff" to the center and closet of the attic as I could and cut minimal holes in the paneling.  Then Foamworx came out with their huge vacuum and removed all the insulation from behind the paneling that they could. One man even crawled through the area under the peak with the vacuum hose. This made it so much less Awful for me to rip out the wood! <br /> After the paneling was removed, I moved all the "stuff" to one side of the attic and Foamworx came out and sprayed the empty side. I then placed flooring under the eves on both sides and moved all my stuff to the sprayed side, and contacted Foamworx again. They then came out and completed the project by spraying the other side. This took place over several months as I have lots of demands on my life and only so much energy for heavy-duty projects. Foamworx invoiced me individually for each visit, which was fine, and still came out to the original estimate. <br /> Foamworks was easy to communicate with and always showed up when they said they would. I just don't know any other way we could have done this, and I am so grateful to Bobby Nash and the crews for working with us! And <em> the insulation makes an amazing difference in temperature and sound!</em> I look forward to completing the project of restoring this part of the house to a quiet and comfortable living space. <br />"
