They were quick but did excellent work and cleaned up after themselves. Windows are not cheap, but Zen was by far the most reasonably priced option for a quality product that I found. At no point during the process did I feel pressured or rushed to make decisions but when I was ready everything moved very smoothly. The crew arrived at the time specified and completed the tear-off and installation expeditiously. Were very professional and clean. Ensured that none of plants and landscaping was harmed. Cleaned up after work very well. Salesman checked back couple of days later to make surethat work was satisfactory and took care of one small item that wasn't quite right.
Price was very competitive. Recommended them to several neighbors who then had the work done and they also were pleased.

"We are very pleased. We interviewed a number of security companies and received proposals including DIY to the big national and regional companies. I was not satisfied with any of the companies until I learned of 1stSecurity. Their pricing was good, both for the monthly fee ($40) and for the cost of the equipment. The manager, Jeremy, was very open and straightforward. The installer was also excellent. We asked them to install system prior to a trip we were taking in a few days and they met this short timeframe. The installation took 1-2 hours. The equipment we purchased was fairly extensive as we have a fairly large house and we wanted comprehensive coverage. This included 2 glass break sensors, a motion detector, and numerous door and window switches as well as a fire detection monitor. I accidentally set off the alarm and received a call from the monitoring company in under 10 seconds. The control panel for the system is an easy to use touch screen device, similar to an iPad. The system is very capable so you can connect smart devices to it if so inclined. We have been very pleased with the product and service so far (about 2 months)."

"Things went pretty well the work was done quickly and professionally. The technician was patient as I peppered him with questions since this is my first gas log fireplace. The only problem, and this was a complete accident, was that when taking out the sooty logs to clean them he dropped one on the rug outside my door. That would have not been a big deal had he told me about it, but not telling me allowed me to step in it and track it around a bit before noticing it. Luckily it was only spread to hard surfaces and was easy enough to clean up.

From boring old extra storage room to completely finished turn key full bathroom we are happy with the project. "AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"The Job started as scheduled with five workmen on the roof @ 8:00 AM.  They removed old roof vents and cut in for the requested Ridge Vent and the Roof started taking shape.  The Roofing turned out great, but the supplier had shorted them a couple of peaces of trim.  At this point, I requested some additional gutter edge trim that had not been included in the original estimate.  All trim materials had to be ordered and was install a few days later.
The Contractor was very professional, honest and did an excellent job, including the cleanup.  I have to give Bazell Construction a 5-Star Rating, as they did a beautiful job that adds value to my home.
I have also contracted Bazell Constr. to do a partial Siding Job and some other odds and ends Jobs.  They are the B E S T ! ! !
