"Greg  came out and they would do during the installation such as puttint up dry wall so they have something to attach the door opener to.  They used the dry wall that I had which was the way I wanted it. <br /> When Jim came out to install the garage door he called me when he was leaving Meridian and told me approximately when he would arrive.  He was very punctual as was Greg.  Jim installed the door just as was discussed.  It took him most of the day as this was an odd size door.  Jim was very plesant and knowledgable about the products and told me what he was doing and why he was doing things the way he was doing them.  I have a tendency to ask a lot of questions about what is going on and he answered every question I had. <br /> When he was finished he explained the operation of the door and how to program the outside key lock as well,  He told me if I had a questions in the future do not hesitate to call.  Jim was very thorough about making sure he picked up any mess he has made.  <br /> I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.  In fact I am going to talk to them about the insullation in my home late on. <br /> <br />"

"About 4 or 5 years ago, they closed the local office, and everything went to a central, automated place. I get a telephone recording giving me a date for pest service, I receive an email that has a contradictory date for the pest service, and it just goes on and on. I have talked to corporate people, I have talked to the manager at the office in Jackson, Mississippi, they all promise they will get it straight. I have been a customer of Terminix for 37 years, and whoever is in charge of scheduling the appointments just doesn't have it worked out. I get 3 or 4 computer phone calls and none of the dates jibe. We would get a call saying they are coming, my husband and I would stay at home, and nobody showed up. We have rental properties and we told them that they must call, but we never got an call. Then we would get an email message saying sorry we missed you. We were sitting right here waiting to get the key to go and unlock the door for them. My man Jim Walker who works for Terminix local handles it and he is fantastic. I do not want to switch from Terminix because we have been with them for so long. We had a termite problem about 2 years ago, and the local Jackson, Mississippi office sent someone over, and they did fantastically, and it was done definitely to our satisfaction. It is just whoever is in charge of some central scheduling that is messing everything up. My friends have local pest control, and I think they pay only about $37 a month, so I pay about twice that much, but my house is 2 story and it has high walls, and Terminix has long hose so they can spray high. If I call Jim Walker he is here in a minute, if I call corporate headquarters I don't know how long it will take them. There is one guy in the local office, and I generally have to go to someone higher to speak to. The first person who said he was a manager wasn't able to help me that much, and I asked to speak to a second person. If we are not home, Mr. Walker comes and does the outside alone. They are very responsive, they handled the termite problem very quickly and very well. I think the manager in the Jackson office is not able to control the scheduling. If I call and he is not there, he calls me back in a very timely manner."
