"It is the first time a call for service and I have to wait two days for the technician come over, after a lot of calls and bad costumer service except for one person who finally send somebody just for know what is the problem. At the moment I ?m still waiting for solve the problem. The important is the system was installed in December 2025, 3 months late I have to call for service on that."

"Trinity Mechanical solutions tech Christian Guzman came out and immediately identified the issue with my heat pump. A few other techs from competing company's mis diagnosed the issue or just wanted to have me purchase an entire new system. Christian went over the options I had and did not try to pressure me into something that would be more of a financial gain for Trinity but what would fit my budget at the time. It's hard to come by someone you can really rely on and not feel like you're just trying to get upsold on an installation. I would highly recommend Trinity Mechanical Solutions for your HVAC needs."
