First, some never showed up for the scheduled appointment and others did not even contact me back after meeting them. "Elva was probably the most polite, understanding handyman I've ever dealt with. Im a single mom of 2 in college so when my AC went out, I had no idea how I would be able to have it fixed. He came out and gave me a way more than reasonable estimate for free, then was able to have my new AC put in within an hour or 2 (before my kids even got home from school.
