"I had an issue with my stream boiler last Saturday. Did a google search and called multiple companies except Lighthouse (also part of Premier HVAC) picked up the phone right away and the tech Slava (unsure if I spelled his name correctly) showed up an hour after my call. He was very knowledgeable. He first did a thorough inspection on my streamer boiler (I thought mine was called furnace but he corrected me and luckily Lighthouse also repair stream boiler), then giving options (replace the water feeder and side glass or the whole stream boiler since mine was already past 30years and it may not last long). Due to budget issue, after discussed with my family, we chose for now just changed the parts. Slava has no problem with that and I got lucky that he was about to arrange time to have the work done the same day. Slava is also very patient and professional. As he learned that I am new to streamer boiler, while he was doing his work, at the same time, he was giving “a lecture “ in terms of names, functions of each parts and the concept of how the stream boiler works and how to maintain it properly. I gotta be honest that I don’t recall all the he mentioned but at least now I have a concept. In terms of the price, I can’t say that it’s cheap but you pay for the quality of service that you get. Slava literally taking his time and spent about 4 hours to repair. Highly recommend."

"TLDR: safe, thorough, educational. 10/10 would call again. - My in-unit residential heater has been rattling and the filter light has been going off since I moved in (2 years). I've taken it apart (as much as I could) to do superficial cleanings, but to be safe I asked my landlord if I could find a Rinnai-certified technician to complete a professional servicing. I found Mazgan on Google and chose them due to their 4.7 rating. My landlord's initial concerns with outsourcing from the super was that companies tend to tack on hidden fees/charges. Mazgan did not do this. In advance of our appointment, Mazgan assured me that they were only booking me for a professional servicing appointment (which included opening up the unit, completing a comprehensive cleaning, and diagnostic), and that any issues found would not be addressed in that appointment but rather a 2nd appointment would be recommended if necessary. Thankfully, nothing was wrong with the unit (besides the fact that it has literally never been cleaned 🙃). Zaki, the technician, was extremely thorough. He cleaned the unit for nearly 2 hours, was very quiet and gave me a heads up when something would be noisy (which enabled me to work-from-home in peace), showed me photos of how clogged the vents were with dust/grime, and provided a lengthly and clear explanation of how the machine works and the importance of cleaning/how accidents can happen if not. They showed up when they said, charged what they said, and completed what they said. First things I did once Zaki left were to save Mazgan's number, purchase a carbon monoxide detector, and leave this review."

"Excellent service and price. They gave me a free estimate right away and scheduled the repair only a few days later. Very fast, efficient service and everything worked perfectly at the end. My split unit system wasnâ t working and Eugene recommended replacing the outdoor unit rather than replacing the whole system, saving me a significant amount of money. "Advanced Professionals did a wonderful job, again! I hired them in December 2015 for an emergency when the baseboard pipe split in my kitchen. Water was running from my kitchen floor and down into the basement. They came immediately and fixed. This time (November 2018), I was concerned that my heating system was having problems. MO came on time and inspected all of my baseboards, radiators, and the boiler. Everything fine except for needing to reduce the PSI from 60 to its correct level of 20. MO was extremely professional, very pleasant and gracious, and answered other inquiries I had about how I may think about updating my heating system in the future. I was very appreciative of his knowledge. For the amount of time he spent and the work (inspection and correction of the issue), I think the price was fair. I am considering retaining Advanced Professionals as my ongoing plumbing and heating service provider. To-date they have met or exceeded all of my expectations."
