"I have an older home with a cinder block basement and crawl space. I decided on spray foam to encapsulate the blocks and keep the critters out. I removed all the fiberglass insulation that kept the cold out and had Delfino replace it with R21 spray foam. When the job is underway, you cannot be in the house until they are done; well, at that point, I Zelled them the money. Big mistake, they never sprayed the top of the blocks, leaving the holes open. They sent a guy back with little spray cans. Those cans can?t be held at the proper angle because you have to hold them upside down. Needless to say, I never got my R21, and every winter I go downstairs, I resent ever using Delfino. I don?t think they know what the R21 standard is."
