"Steve was very prompt when he called me regarding the job, he even came to my house that night to inspect the work. He was hired due to his competitive price to replace a pipe in my basement. While replacing the pipe he inadvertent disconnected the electrical wiring for my thermostat. I noticed that night that i had no heat and he said he would come back that night since he thought he knew what the problem was. While diagnosing the problem, he said he wasn't sure what was wrong and told me i needed an electrician or HVAC guy. Steve accidentally blew the transfer for my heating unit which i had to replace separately. He promised he was a man of his word and would take care of me, after multiple attempts to get him back at my job he never came back. I am sorry to leave him a bad review, but with every great job there are a few bad ones as well."

"I am a 3rd time returning customer. After doing a stellar job on a whole house softener and drinking water system, I hired them again to replace my aging water heater. Rob did an excellent job replacing the exhaust sheet metal and putting in the new water heater. I wish they expanded their business to include other plumbing jobs and HVAC, but they are pretty restricted to what they currently provide."

"I called Water Works because one of my sump pumps stopped functioning. I called Water Works on a Tuesday and scheduled a technician to come for an estimate on Friday (kudos to Water Works for not charging a fee for the estimate like other companies I called prior to Water Works). Their technician Tom (professional and friendly) arrived on Friday and promptly diagnosed that the float switch on the sump pump was broken and the unit needed to be replaced. They were able to quickly get me onto their schedule for Monday to have the work completed. I received a courtesy call on Sunday confirming my scheduled appointment between 10am-12am. Their technician Steve arrived promptly at 10am I which inspected the sump pump and promptly got to work removing and installing the new unit. Steve was amazing he was extremely professional and explained all the work that he completed, and he was also very thorough testing the unit to ensure all was in working order. Steve took the extra time to point out some things I should keep an eye on to prevent further bigger issues down the road. Overall, I am extremely happy with Water Works and would highly recommend them to family and friends."

"Really well. When I called for the appointment the woman who answered the phone was pleasant and helpful and got me an appointment the next day. One of the pipes installed during renovation less than a year ago was too short. Graham and Calvin repaired that and snaked out the pipes removing a clog from years ago in the older pipes. They left everything as clean as when they began. They were on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. They emailed me their pictures when they were on their way so that I would know who they were when they arrived. If I need help with a plumbing problem again, I will definitely call on them again."

"Jerremy was truthful and straightforward throughout the process. He diagnosed the valve as the problem and replaced it. Replacement lasted about an hour and fairly priced with warranty lasting through the upcoming winter. Everything works like new again. His dedicated approach makes him one of a few trustworthy plumbers out there. I'll definitely hire him again."

"Everything went well with the inspection, but there was no "tune-up" (whatever this was supposed to be). Employee was on time, as well as called 1/2 hour ahead to advise of his arrival time. He was courteous and professional. I certainly hope that my sump pumps continue to operate for several more years, but I would not hesitate to call this company if there is a problem.
