"Entek came to the rescue when our gas furnace died in February 2020. Our house was built in 1925 which created a ton of challenges getting everything up to code. The old furnace was in a tight location, making removal and Installation of the new furnace very difficult. The crew from Entek worked together as a team to come up with solutions to every challenge. The new furnace had to be turned 1/4, gas pipes and ducting rerouted. We added air conditioning to the system which caused finding a way to provide power to that new unit another challenge. We found all the Entek employee to act very professional. Communication was great. They got the difficult job done timely with attention to detail being superb. I would definitely hire them again!"

"I needed all the windows replaced in my house and from start to finish Lifetime and the people I worked with were excellent. Tate came to the home to review the work to be done and provided the quote. It was not the least expensive of the quotes, but Tate took the time to explain the installation and the options/ideas for how the windows could be framed that impressed me more than the other companies. I was given an install date and there where no delays, the work started on that date with Tony leading a 2 man crew. Tony was also great to work with, courteous, professional and I felt comfortable enough let him be in or out of the house as he needed to and he kept the work areas clean. The new windows look fantastic. The Price review is marked N/A because it didn't matter for this review. All 3 companies were very close in their quotes. Also, Lifetime was the only company that mentioned I would receive a federal tax credit and they did all the paper work for it."

"Really well. Great, trustworthy company! Great schedulers and installers and maintenance technicians. Last time they inspected and did maintenance, the technician walked me through the way to maintain the water heater, so I can maintain it for free from now on. He was incredibly patient and taught me everything about this intimidating new electronic switch kind. Also took apart and inspected and cleaned all the parts of the heating system. Before this split mini ductless was put in, I had little parabolic heaters through the house, and my heat bill ran around 130$. Energy Trust of Oregon gave me a low interest loan to get insulation in the attic and walls and under the house, and this heat system. Now I have heat in every single room (after 12 years with a freezing bathroom and bedrooms) and the bill averages 26$ a month, AND the house is air conditioned! Amazing difference, worth every penny. This is a company that is trustworthy."

"This was a great experience. I had visits/quotes from 4 different HAC companies. Lyons was the clear choice. The initial visit was not from a salesman, but from the owner of the company. Carl is straightforward and no-nonsense and I had pretty much decided to go with Lyons even before he had left. The installation went great as well. All the guys were pleasant and efficient. They encountered a couple of small problems in the installation and got an electrician out to fix the problem -- lengthening the wire to the air handler. They offered me a space heater overnight, although I have a propane heat stove and declined with thanks. System initialization the next day went well, too, and they left me with all the basic instructions and documentation.  The last part of the process was the boss coming back a couple of weeks later to go over everything and made sure the system was working well and that all my questions were answered. I'm very pleased with Lyons Heating & Cooling and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.  "
