They are well prepared because they know our house as we have retained them a little of ten years, since we acquired the house. There is always a good explanation at the end of what's up, like equipment that's still good, but obviously getting old, and may have to be updated or replaced. We're glad to have AC Dave as a reliable back-stop in case things might go awry, but so far so good."

"We have used Darrow before for our unit and the condo association and were extremely satisfied. We called him again when our heating unit stopped working. We called on a Friday afternoon and we asked if he could come out the next day or Monday and he insisted that we not wait (since we were having a cold spell) and came out the next day and worked around our schedule. He's friendly, knowledgeable and his price is always fair and reasonable (and he didn't charge extra for a weekend). He also diagnosed the problem right away and didn't try to sell us things we didn't need. He also noticed on the roof a problem with our neighbor's unit and he replaced the cover to a water spout so they wouldn't get water leaking in (and did it at no charge). We're always apprehensive any time we have to hire someone for repairs, but Darrow has proved himself to be our go-to person for heating (and air conditioning should we need that). He has a great work ethic and cares about his customers."

"Sev was a total gentleman & didn’t mind letting me know the problems he was having while diagnosing the overall situation, which is very important to me. He also put up with my tiny rugrat as he lay on the floor to get to wires & she fighting to get to his ankles for a good cleaning! Thank goodness the owner was there to intervene! Really, though, Sev went out of his way to make sure I had AC today & not a moment later! He even threw in a much needed extra in order to make sure my ac was cooling at top speed! "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

The cost to repair it would have been over $500, so we both agreed it would be better for me to just get a new washing machine. "Everyone at Baltica was responsive and eager to please.  Calls and emails were returned punctually in every instance.  Everyone I communicated with was professional and accommodating. 
I called initially to discuss moving to a tankless water heater, but a personal review of my property showed that it was not possible.  Kevin Phidayev, with whom I made the arrangements, was eager to accommodate my product needs, financial needs, and scheduling needs.  Kevin was ultra-responsive to every call, email or request.
The installer, Marius, was particularly pleasant.  He showed up on time every time.  He looked professional, was knowledgeable, and he got the job done on time.  He was happy to accommodate my neighbors in the condo who would be without water for a brief time. Marius left my home clean, and he protected my new floors from damage. 
To be honest, I did not do any comparative shopping for pricing purposes because I was so impressed with my initial contact with this company.  I got all kinds of upgrades I never knew existed.  Marius installed a pressure relief valve, new water valve, new stainless steel flexible water and gas supply lines, and new double earthquake straps, among other things. I have learned from bitter experience that you get what you pay for.  If this water heater seemed costlier than I expected (my only "B" rating), in the end I believe I got my money's worth. 
The level and quality of customer service is unique in my experience.  Truly outstanding.  I have already referred business to Baltica, and would do so again without hesitation."
