"Estes has been providing my service for approximately 10 years. Always prompt, courteous and very accommodating. They recently (June 2019) replaced my hot water heater and installed new HVAC system. An awesome crew performed the installation and was very thorough in explaining all of the new components to me. Also the gentleman who came to my home when the unit needed replacing was extremely knowledgeable, very friendly and insured that all of my questions and concerns were addressed before he left."

"Coolray HVAC Service calls June 2024 appointment made with Lisa Barber to reconnect attic fan. June 12, 2024. My experience with Brian Maloney and Bryan Fowler was far superior and enjoyable to any prior service received from any company! They arrived to reactivate my attic fan which I had agreed to disconnect last year during a new solar attic ventilation system installation. I had been persuaded by the salesperson that I was losing cool air & allowing hot air to come into the house through the attic fan ventilation slats. I was skeptical and very reluctantly agreed since I always use my attic fan during the spring and fall months to drastically reduce the temperature in the main level of the house by drawing the cool air up from the daylight basement. After a year I decided that disabling the attic fan was a mistake, so I called to get the fan reactivated. I made the appointment with Lisa Barber and was told that there would be a $79 service fee. I requested the service fee be waived since I felt that I was persuaded to disable the attic fan even thou I advised the salesperson that I used it every spring and fall. I realize that I did agree but regret the decision. She got the service fee removed since I have been an exceptionally long term Coolray customer. She was truly kind and curious, and provided excellent customer service. Brian and Bryan determined it was impossible to reattach the fan belt from the attic since my home has an extremely shallow attic making it difficult to access the belt. They also found that the belt could not be reattached since the fan belt had been cut, not removed, to disable the fan. They concluded the belt would have to be reattached through the fan ventilation opening. Bryan and Brian called the office and were instructed to bring the cut fan belt to determine whether a replacement belt could be ordered. They observed that the crown molding in the hallway overlapped the attic fan ventilation cover and were concerned that to remove the vent cover the molding may need to be removed. I stated that I would like to get a new fan ventilation cover since the existing one had to be over 30 years old, had been painted numerous times and is an eyesore. Brian and Bryan went the extra mile by removing the attic fan ventilation cover to measure the opening and the existing fan vent cover so they could have the office try to find a replacement cover to be installed with the new fan belt. Brian and Bryan reattached the vent cover, cleaned up the area and stated they were going straight back to the office with the belt and measurements so replacement parts could be found and ordered. We have been Coolray customers for 30 years and have always received the best customer service from the office staff, salespersons and from every technician. We have replaced every system in our home over the years with Coolray and received excellent recommendations on the best systems to purchase which they priced fairly, installed perfectly, and keep running with regular maintenance visits. I have and will continue to recommend Coolray to friends and neighbors."

"Great. Jerry Cobb came by to reprogram the thermostat for us. We were not able to figure out how to get it the way we wanted and Jerry took care of it for us. Cool Air replaced our entire HVAC system about 2 years ago. We were happy with the job and will be having them add a humidifier to the system soon."

"The cost was $5200 for the installation and the device as well. It was excellent service. They did more than just the installation. I didn't know this, but when they give you a new air conditioning unit and heating unit, is essentially, they bring the components out and actually assemble it out in the yard and they out it up in your attic. I found them from a third party and they inspected it with Jones Climate Control. The two of them worked as a team to see what I needed. They took measurements to figure out the size of my unit, they gave me an estimate for what I was going to need for my house, then they went ahead and devised a plan, not only for the new unit for the upstairs, but also devised a plan based on what I told them about inadequate air flow to remap the ducting. The price included all of that. Then, what they did was, after they did it, the third party wrote out the contract by hand and then he ensured that he could actually read it, went over it line by line, to make sure I could read it, and based on that, he told me who the install people were going to be and what the price of the regular maintenance price was going to be. They did run into one tiny little hiccup at the end. They were going to put in a new register on the upper floor because they had actually put in a new duct, I guess, in the hallway section and the register wasn't the right size and the guy said he'd come back later that week to go ahead and put it on there. I, of course, was afraid that he wasn't going to do it because at that point it was a small item, I think they had been paid, so I called the third party because he followed up and called back himself two days later to see how they did. I said, "They had done a decent job, but they didn't have the size of this and I'm not sure if they are really going to come back", and he said, "well, I'm going to have a few words to say about that", and sure enough, and I'm not saying it was because of the third party said, they did come back as they said they would and they finished up on time."

"We called Casteel because it was taking several minutes (i.e., 10 or more) for hot water to be delivered to sinks at the opposite end of the house from the water heater. In addition, we were running out of hot water with only two people using it concurrently. Everyone that we dealt with at Casteel--from scheduling the appointment through completion of the work and scheduling the inspection of the completed work--was very professional and courteous. Jamie Padgett was the technician who came to our home. He let us know when he was on his way to our home, and arrived early within the window of time we were given. We explained the issue that we wanted to solve, and he gave us some options and his recommendation. We decided to take his recommendation, which was to go with a new 50-gallon water heater and a recirculating pump. He performed all of the work that day. He was respectful of our home, was very patient and and knowledgeable in his responses to our questions, and he did a great job with the installation of the new equipment and cleaning up the area when he was finished. Casteel arranged with Cherokee County to inspect the installation afterwards, and the inspector confirmed what a great job Jamie did. We will definitely use Casteel again for any plumbing or HVAC issues that we may have."

"The salesman (John Melton) was very professional and recommended a whole unit replacement, due to the gas heat being over 20 years old, he assured me that the replacement unit would work well for me. The installers (Jon Meyer and Alfredo Calvillo) were great. They were on time, very courteous, and they cleaned up and removed everything. They also explained the new system and tested the functioning of the heat and air. I could not have been more pleased and would recommend Anytime Heating & Cooling, Inc highly."
