Mike checked all very carefully, downloaded the instruction manual for my system, and we decided to see if his cleaning and realigning solved the problem. So far it has. "The two gentlemen arrived on time. They were professional and courteous. I had been having a great deal of trouble with my dryer, so much so I was about to replace it. I had only had the venting out in a year before and it was all full of lint. The gentlemen cleaned out my dryer, the vent and also recommended the correct attachment outside so the bird or small animals didn't get into my vent hose. It has now been three months since my dryer vent cleaning and my dryer is working perfectly. I can dry a heavy load in 45-50 minutes. I do not need to put the 80 minutes max on the dryer.
