"I went with this company because of all the 5 star ratings. I wish I had the pleasure to experience a 5 star service. Unfortunately, I did not. I first have to say that overall the installation of my doors were good. However, in order for me to give 5 stars, the following has to ensue. Professionalism, Punctuality and attention to detail. The head installer Jacob, first arrived with a nasty disposition and when the project started, he had the audacity to have a full blown loud argument with his co-worker in my house, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Secondly, they were to arrive between 8am & 9am, I get it if one is running late because of traffic or other unforeseen circumstance. They arrived after 9am and a courtesy call would of been nice. Once the project was done, there was no initial walk through with the head installer. Because I already felt a bit intimidated by the earlier ordeal between jacob and his co-worker, I did not ask Jacob for a walk though nor did he offer one. I took it upon myself to do a quick inspection. Everything at face value seemed to look ok. So the next morning once everything settled, I did a more thorough and lengthy inspection. I discovered issues that in hindsight I wish I could of addressed the day of the project. Please see attached photos for what I found. Although these issues I found are minor, I have to say that for almost $10,000, I expected a perfect job to be performed from start to finish. The pictures below are a result of someone not paying attention to detail."

But, Pine Tree Flooring came out, inspected the original floors and took on the job, that no other company would take on. They took the time needed to make my old original floors look brand new. And, after the job was completed before scheduled, they offered assistance on a few other projects I had been waiting on quotes on from other companies. They are very affordable and I already plan on using their services again for My Basement floors."

He arrived promptly at the scheduled time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and replaced both springs on the garage door, and installed new pulleys and cables. He was done in less than an hour, and my harage door performs like new!

"I could not have been happier with the work that was done in my home. The workers were courteous and prompt. The job was done on budget and on schedule. They installed new counters, back splash and updated my cabinets."

"Greg the owner did contact me quickly. he came out to see the problem and he fixed the stucco areas that were damaged and caulked areas again. He said his painter would contact me about the repairs around the windows that were damaged. The painter also contacted me in a timely manner. The only reason I said I probably would not use them again is because I used a different company to replace more windows and I will probably use the new company to install all the rest of my windows."

"The installation was efficient and satisfactory; however, I would have appreciated it if the sales rep, when meeting with me at my home and going over the options, would have pointed out that the color of the window frame would not match the color of surrounding wood."

However I found a cheaper deal with NO contract after their system was already installed.
