We used them for a large job to frame, drywall, spackle and trim the attic plus fit doors for storage spaces. They were response to our request for a quote, provided a clear break-down so we had full transparency of the costs and could select the amount of work we wanted to do at this time. Juan and Isaias were very friendly but professional. Isaias was onsite through the framing, drywall, trim work and door installation. Juan checked in with us regularly and visited to check the progress and quality of the work. They are extremely customer focussed and wanted to ensure we were happy at every stage of the work. "My house original hard wood floors, were horrible, and after numerous estimates, I was told the floors were non-repairable and I would need to buy all new flooring. But, Pine Tree Flooring came out, inspected the original floors and took on the job, that no other company would take on. They took the time needed to make my old original floors look brand new. And, after the job was completed before scheduled, they offered assistance on a few other projects I had been waiting on quotes on from other companies. They are very affordable and I already plan on using their services again for My Basement floors."

"When American Jewel installed the door I gave them A grades as I thought they did an excellent job.  But after using the door for a few weeks I noticed the dead bolt didn't close completely, but only about 2/3, and also noticed the screen door was no longer aligned properly, so although it closed and looked right, the door was slightly off and it would no longer lock.  I called American Jewel and they scheduled the installer to return and make the minor corrections.  The installer did not show up.  When I called American Jewel again, they did not return my calls. I complained to Angie's List, and via their complaint resolution process American Jewel contacted me.  They were very apologetic and attributed it to a mix up, accepted responsibility and sent the installer to my home to make the minor corrections.  I would use American Jewel again, despite this hiccup, as my wife and I like the door they installed, feel we received excellent value, and ultimately American Jewel followed through on the minor problems I described and corrected them all."

"We needed a new lower roof and once the winter weather broke we got put into the schedule and the work was done promptly. Took them only one day to rip off the roof, cut out three bad spots and replace with new plywood. Then re-shingle the roof and re-side one wall. It looks great and best of all no leaks. Everyone was very professional, provided us pictures of the damage they fixed and left the property as clean as they found it. Great experience!
